$8.50 for a weak brownie and scoop of ice cream in a bowl. They don't have lids in case you want to take anything to go. Cookies are too small for the price. I figured for $8.50 it would be a substantial amount. Next time I just go to chiles and for the same money get one of those molten chocolate brownie ice cream things that are so good and you can't eat it all.
I love The Baked Bear so much! Every time I visit, I receive such great service. The ice cream is delicious, the workers and owner are friendly and accommodating, and the space is clean and inviting. 10/10 would recommend!
If soft fresh cookies stuffed with ice cream is what you’re craving, then this is the place. With plenty of flavours of cookies and ice creams to choose from the combinations are endless. We tried a chocolate chip and gooey butter cake cookie stuffed with Bear Batter Ice cream ( cake batter with brownies and sprinkles) and it was delightful.
The Baked Bear at Sawgrass Mills Mall is awesome!!! They have the best cookies and ice cream which you can use to make custom ice cream sandwiches. My kids and I go there all the time. The people who work there are so nice and very friendly. The manager and the owner are good people. We get excellent customer service every time. Our experience is nothing less than five stars every single visit.

Tried this place about a month ago not planned and was very impressed by the cookie quality. Went back 2 days later and got more cookies. I Have gone 2 times a week this past month and have not been disappointed. Tried the cookie sandwiches and now this is my only ice cream/cookie shop that I go to. I recommend it to everyone who wants a great cookie! Also Very friendly service as well. They always welcome you in, very polite. Love this place. Will definitely be back this week lol!
Big thank you to this wonderful staff. My teenage son left his wallet there. The general manager creatively tracked him down- The only identification in the wallet was a gym membership, so she called the gym and got his phone number. Great business, great employees and great ice cream!
Do not go there if you intend to take the food home. We ordered 2 cookie sandwiches with the ice cream on the side so that we could take the dessert home. They charged us for each part of the cookie sandwich separately. So what was once going to be a $7 ice cream sandwich each became an $11 ice cream sandwich each. We explained this to the casher that the price didn't seem right and she just said that because we didn't have them make the sandwich and that we are taking it home that they had no choice but to charge us a la carte. So they pretty much made us pay extra for them to do less work. I asked them to please honor the price of 2 cookie sandwiches seeing as that's what we got and the cashier refused. Definitely won't be going back since they "have" to charge $20+ for two ice cream sandwiches.Edit (2/15/22): Immediately after I made this review, they asked me to reach out, which I gladly did, and they still haven't responded to me
Love the customizability. Delicious and warm cookies. Oh my those cookies are so good. It’s magic how the cold ice cream and warm cookies work together, but I promise you they do.
Finally got a change to try The Baked Bear, and although it was good I’ve have better blue ice cream from several places! Happy to support a them tho, I’ll be back to try a sandwich since that’s what their known for!
