This location needs new management. I've been at this location twice and the dining room is open but the employees keep saying their only doing drive thru only. They turned away 5 other people besides me. I won't be coming back to this location anymore?
Save yourself the headache and find another location. If I could leave no stars I would. This Taco Bell location is terrible. It’s the second time trying to go to this location and they stated they’re not taking orders. When asked when they would be taking orders they said in 30 minutes.No customer service whatsoever.So…. Why is it open then?
Cool place to go for night time crunch. Quick drive thru, efficient staff. One of my places of choice.
Got a steak burrito this morning. My husband went inside to order. Ice cold. Not even warm. This used to be a awesome To aci Bell. To be it's gone to hell.
extraordinarily long waits.. unless before 9:30p when they close inside dining.. friendly but lackadaisical staff where ur time is clearly not valued.. was easily a 60min wait weekend eve.. i timed over 10mins between cars moving or getting orders.. daytime staff is typically fine but be sure to check ur orders.. often find requests not met..late evening n weekends are like other reviewers have stated simply abysmal.. i did notice doordash seems to be able to pick up orders quicker by banging on the door n going inside or walking up to the drive thru..u know.. u just dont think its gonna take this long when u arrive.. u see folk leave.. u think there must be some big order holding everyone up.. but naw.. lady in front ordered $13 meal n took 6 mins..sometimes u just want taco bell right ? well i recommend u check the time n consider buying elsewhere..
Cash app blessed me with 99% off Taco Bell but I am terrified of Taco Bell’s taco meat so I just got a bunch of sides and this blue raspberry icee, all this for .21 cents! I can’t be mad!
Drive thru at night is the rudest people there was a long line and people just pulled away after a half hour so i pulled up to order no came to drove to window guy wouldnt look at me even so i beeped girl came to winsow said online only and shut window ive been several times at night and they close at 9:30 im done poor night management rudeness is gross
Took me 30 minutes to be attended at the ordering window on top of the 20 minute+ wait in line. The tall white kid with curly hair doesn’t do anything except vape on shift and seems high half the time. Very disappointed took up my entire lunch break to get my food fire the tall curly hair kid.
Awful service people are too stupid to even respond when they only give you half an order. You asked them six times and they don't understand English. A retarded person would work more efficiently than any employee at this location. They need to hire people who understand and can speak English not just walk away and ignore you. Awful location and after waiting patiently they had to be rude. Corporate should review this location and hire new young employees who understand English instead of incompetent people who ignore and disrespect customers !
The manager Gloria was one of the rudest managers I’ve seen. Worst experience ever with Taco Bell, food wasn’t fresh. The service sucked, they closed the lobby before 7 p.m. What’s also crazy they don’t even care about their job or the customers. Will not be returning to this location!!
