Good food but the eat in dining room is unbelievably cold. So cold that it makes it hard to enjoy your meal. Had to eat fast to get outside and warm up. Dining room was also not clean. Went to 8 available booths but all were dirty so settled on a clean table in the middle.of the dining room..
I never see a very nasty restroom like this in my life. I asked for salt and the line cook throw the container of salt against the counter with such a force that bounce on me. Just leaving one star because no cero stars allow.
35 minutes to get your order at this place?I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes. The line never moved.So I went inside and ordered. Twenty-five minutes later (I checked the time stamp on my receipt), my order came out. And there were only 5 orders in front of mine.I don't know if this disaster of restaurant service is Covid related or not, but they didn't seem to be understaffed. I saw a good half-dozen employees working in the front.Not to mention that every table in the place was dirty and there were no napkins in the dispenser.And, of course, they also managed to get my order wrong - which I was pretty much expecting by that point.
I went with my family and the service was pretty bad. We ordered three shakes, mine was dripping and the cap wasn't even on well. The shake tasted better than it looked though. The bag the fries were in were stained and dripping with grease. The booth seats were ripped and it was uncomfortable to sit on. The garbage cans were little holes so you had to individually grab your trash to throw it away. Which is very inconvenient. I don't recommend this restaurant at all, it used to be better back in the day. I'm never coming back here.
Had the worst dining experience ever at this location. Waited 50 minutes for overcooked cold food, this is the first review I have ever done for anything it was so bad that I had to learn how to do a review. Will never eat at steak and shake again.

I love steak and shake. They have some of the best fries in the fast food industry. Their fries are super skinny! Oh and ask for a side of cheese sauce to dunk your fries. The best! A few things about this Steak and Shake... they are slow. Like I can't take my hour lunch break drive to the steak and shake in Sunrise, FL, get in line, order, wait, get my food, eat in the parking lot and head back to with within an hour. Oh and they overly salt the fries. I'll eat them like that but it's way too salt! We ask for fries with no salt. And they are absolutely perfection!
The worst “fast food place”. The slowest drive thru. People on their cellphone. People moving super slow. Even when they have 3 or 4 cars the speed of service is at a minimum 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
There’s no way to put zero stars order food for delivery food took 2 hours to get here , food was burnt not even little pieces were able to be eaten . Given the wrong shake also half my order missing and when you call the location I for told the manager just left so that means there’s no manager there to close the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone must not know what they sell and don’t because she says the shake I ordered they don’t sell than why have it on your menu . No way to get my money back because there is no manager and no help .
Deserves zero stars.I am a healthcare worker and ordered burgers with shakes via uber eats to celebrate the end of a very busy shift. I did not get my shakes. I called the restaurant several times but no reply. When I eventually got through to an employee, they were incredibly rude and ended the phone call on me despite being polite to them and trying to resolve the issue.That was my first and will be my last business with steak and shake.Please, get your burgers and shakes from others who appreciate your business and your time.
