I can’t believe I’m sitting here writing a review for Starbucks, but this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to and they deserve some recognition. No matter what day or time you come in, the staff is absolutely incredible. The friendly service goes a long way and does not go unnoticed:) If you have your pick of Starbucks in Plantation/Sunrise, pick this one
The employees went above and beyond. Explaining the drinks and my iced caramel macchiato was made perfectly, right amount of caramel and whipped cream ?
This is my favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are always so kind and attentive even when they are busy.
Was their Thursday night. There was a problem with my order. The staff was gracious and took care of everything for me. Fantastic customer service.
If you place a mobile order, double check it before leaving the store as they tend to get them wrong.
Discussing attitude and horrible service! I ordered a drink and there was this girl there that had the worst customer service I ever seen! I asked her to drizzle some chocolate on top of my drink OMG she reacted like I asked her to jump of a roof! She kept refusing to just drizzle chocolate syrup and I was sure she was joking at first but she kept insisting until I got serious so she literally put 1 line I was in shock!I care less about the drink and was about to throw it in her face but I decided not to let her nasty attitude to ruin my coffee. Never stop in that Starbucks again

This is a great store. Tiny, but mighty. It was clean. A lot of other food oriented stores in the shopping plaza. Employees were pleasant. I would recommend it. There aren’t to many Other coffee places near there.
Thank you God that at least this Starbucks still has the snacks and light meals that you can depend on Starbucks having.... lately, it seems, that all the other Starbucks don't have the food or drink selections that they are advertising. So disappointing to ask for a popcake and the server says"wait let me check.... nope we are fresh out..." at least at this Starbucks -today- that was not the case!!! Enjoyed my banana bread cake and honey citrus mint tea?
They dosen't know how to make coffee. The coffe taste like warm milk. Also we ask for the large size, they give us the large cub with the half of product.
