If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. They are so rude. And let me tell you, I've been to my share of Starbucks stores. I asked a question, and 2 employees straight up ignored me. Then I asked someone else for a cup of water and was told to make the line. Seriously? For a cup of water that takes 2 seconds to pour and give? Not returning to this location again.
Still the BEST drinks ever at an incredibly inflated price that we still pay!!
I don't think I ever waited less than 15 minutes for just a plain Cold Brew with Cream and Sugar. Place your orders ahead of time and they still are never ready.

Wait for more than 15 minutes, wrong beverage, not a good system to know when your drink is ready, workers are too young without good training. The employees are bilingual and that's why 3 starts.

Horrible experience. I ordered two drinks, got one and was waiting for the other one for 15 minutes. When I say something, the girl gives me something different. This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. I have gone to many and every single one is nice and people try to attend you fast, but usually if not possible they will say something to let you know your order is coming. At this place, they did not even acknowledge me even when I was standing near the pick up area. This is what happens when you don’t train employees well. Safe to say I will never buy from this location ever.
Mocha Frappuccino w/no whip. Great service and smiles. Drink was good, too.
