We walked in and said hi, no reply. The young man had ear plugs in and didn't say a word to us. We waited for about 5 minutes and he ignored us like we were invisible. It seemed like that particular store did not want our business so we left.This place needs either new employees, train the ones they have again or close.
Terrible place, walked up at 7:40, employee saw us and shut the lights off to pretend they were closed. Looked like he couldn’t believe we were placing an order for two smoothies. Never looked at us, made the smoothies, placed them on the counter, didn’t say anything, didn’t gave us straws so we ended up having to reach around the counter to grab ourselves and walked out, smoothies were pretty good but employee could care less
Website say they open at 9, door of store has 9 as opening time, but just sitting here waiting for them to actually open. Its 9:45....
The order completely wrong… when deliver. Called the store; they gave me excuses that they are busy. WHAT????Yes, you are busy because of us; the customers. No excuse for this.please make it right.
The young man who was training a new employee, displayed horrible Customer Service. He was extremely rude, and was unprofessional. After my inquiry of whether the store was franchised, or corporate, he said he also worked at another store...didn't really work at Store #1761 at address: 8361 Sunrise Blvd in Sunrise, Fl...closer to Plantation, FL. He had no regard for this owner's Customer Service business reputation.I guess good help is hard to find...this was garbage.
Nice staff bad tasting smoothies. Felt like there was too much ice in them and was watered down. However the people working there are very nice

Online says that this location closes at 8pm however on several occasions I have arrived after 7 and the location is close. If you want a smoothie from this location, be sure to arrive before 7:30 pm. False advertisements
This place hires anyone.I had a horrible experience with the black Tom boy girl. She thinks she runs the place and dresses like she lives in a trash can. Her attitude is horrible, she messed up my smoothie and she refused to make it again. I asked for my money back and she told me to call corporate for a refund. When I called corporate, they asked me for the receipt or the transaction on my debt card for my refund and the transaction never went through. Meaning I wasn’t even charged and they was giving me someone else’s smoothie. Super bad! Horrible customer service. Thank God I never have to return to this place.
This is honestly my favorite store locationThe service I receive from Deshawn & Robert isamazing. I respect their work ethic. The smoothie area is always very cleanI come at different times and I notice all the employees are attentive and polite. No one has made me a smoothie I didn't like so far. I pass the other smoothie kings just to go to this store so I appreciate the world class experience given.
