Great food but I wish I checked out the low star reviews first, I wouldn't have gotten delivery. Like most people here who gave low star reviews it seems to be because of the delivery. After the pizza finally got to me the guy complained about the tip and held the pizza hostage until we coughed up more cash. Also tried to say it was 16 miles meanwhile I go to the Starbucks next door often and last I checked it was 4.5 miles. Will continue to eat here but not delivery.
I can't continue giving this place my business. I have tried for almost a year. Every time we order to go, the order will arrive incorrectly. From less wings order, to soggy food, to missing meat in the pasta, sending a complete incorrect order and alot more... Doesn't matter how many times we order. It never changes, the manager really needs to get the house on order or they are just going to continue loosing money. Dont waste your time or money. There is alot of better place to eat around. Leaving a 1 star because I have to, but this place is -4 stars.
Me and group from work won't be going here again. I ordered a cheese Sicilian pizza, but Claudia was to busy making sure we knew her name brought me I don't know what it was. Then tried to say whatever she brought me was what I ordered. Everyone at the table heard me say Cheese Sicilian pizza. Everyone ate and I had to get my order to go, because we had to get back to work. Then the chef must've been upset, because I was given a cheese no tomato sauce burnt unedible Sicilian pizza. From now on Sal's is no longer on our list choices for lunch.
Will never be eating from this place again ordered food and can't believe the call themselves an Italian reataurant wow it's terrible could have gotten dinner at the dollar store and enjoyed it better. Don't eat here they don't have any pride in there food.
Truly the best part of our trip from Texas. Stacey was amazing and a pleasure to talk to and take recommendations from. The humble bus lady as well as everyone else that worked at Sal's was awesome. We were just moved by the family warmth that this restaurant provided. I would recommend this place to any and everyone in driving distance. Everything was top quality and hands down one of the best places I have eaten in years. The total package!!!
All I can say is WOW!!!! The flavor of the food! The customer service! Amazing! Thanks Sal's! Keep up the great work!
The food is delicious and the service is even better. They are very attentive, and friendly. The environment was very pleasant. The food came out very fast.
At $3.30 per topping on the pizzas I don't expect them to forget putting any on. Not only did they forget the toppings, the one's they did put on were very few. I live a mile away and my entire order was cold. They send you coupon codes every other day via email, but when you go to use them they don't work. Entirely too expensive for what you get. Especially the cannoli and chocolate cake.
Pizza is always amazing. They do an amazing job with their white pizza too. Have never been disappointed here, always and treat and the delivery guys are always good spirited.
Pizza is good. Love the garlic rolls, they are made fresh and drenched in garlic and butter! I give it 4 stars because they changed the menu and changed the seafood pasta that I liked. Ordered a similar seafood pasta and it was tasty but the sauce was a little boring like your typical marinara sauce. The seafood is fresh and a good amount of everything.
