Had a reservasjon for 2pm, got a table 2.20pm and drinks was served 3.pm by another waiter that did not have our table, and excused her co-worker. Great decorations
Absolutely great experience! Even though short staffed, we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. We were served very quickly and the manager greeted us and wished me a happy birthday. Once we finished eating they surprised me with a complimentary piece of cake with a candle.

I've been going to Rainforest Cafe since I was a kid at different locations. I love the jungle vibe and the service. I feel like the price of the food, for what it is, has just increased a little too much. For a family of four, you spend a pretty penny. The kids loved the animals and the rain storm.
Mediocre food at premium prices. Food was eh⦠edible, but nothing great. Price was jaw dropping. Will never return.
The atmosphere is so fun but It was almost $200 for a 3 adults and 2 kid meals. The food was disgusting. Tasted like cheap buffet food for top dollar price.
Wait times could be reduced perhaps More servers would help in delivering faster service .

Absolutely terrible. From the service to food, the quality and experience is not worth it at all.
I made reservations. We were seated within 20 minutes only to have to wait for our waiter for more than 20 minutes to show up to take our order. The appetizer came out at the same time as our meal. The waiter never put in my sonâs meal order. We were comped for that order. Our server should not work in this field. The portions are big but would not come again.
