I had to remind the drive thru window attendant to give me a missing item in the order. As I drive away I check my 1/4 grilled dark meat chicken and ofrece course it was white meat. I park go inside to have the order corrected and the guy at the grill seems to get upset and and searches to give me the smallest and overcooked dark meat. I just thanked them and left. They will never get my business again.
Luckily, they were in the middle of a hiring event, so there's a slim hope of improvement. The beleaguered manager/ maybe supervisor was willing to pour some hot sauce in a container since they were woefully ill supplied.Portions served were way off. Behind the counter staff at best was surly.Plearr Pompano. Just one good restaurant experience please.
30 minute drive they for a wrap and a bowl. Guy at window less than friendly to be kind…. Repeated sauces 3 times. Still missed one. Missed my water. steak cold. Walked inside and said I just need a single sauce just came through drive thru.Woman said ok and continued working. I decide to walk out because I can’t wait any longer and she declares “Just one second sir!”Uh, let’s start with that next time. As far as I knew she didn’t hear or didn’t care. Use your words please.Grease coated back kitchen stainless. Place is a wreck. Back to Chic Fil A for meSo frustrating seeing places run so poorly when I used to run extremely similar QSR concepts myself. I’d be embarrassed personally.
Rochelle needs to find a new line of work. Her lack of customer service skills disgust me! I waited in the drive through line patiently for over 45 minutes. When I got my food I was given a 1/4 chicken when I ordered 1/2 a chicken. When I politely brought this to her attention. She shrugged her shoulders and rather than fixing my order she chose to give me a refund and send me on my way.
The chicken delicious as usual, but the service is horrendous! It seems as if the drive through window employee is being forced to work without pay! They should learn from Chick-Fil-A, happy team members.
This place is an embarrassment to every other pollo tropical. Always claim no sauce. Because they’re too lazy to fill them. Happens everyyy single time. They probably need to fire everyone and start over. The atmosphere seems to be a bunch of lazies.
The worst experience. Order online for pick but the store is closed and won’t let people go in to pick. Had to wait in drive-thru for half an hour. At least shut off the online order or have someone bring the food out. When I ask what happened then the staff gave me an attitude. So unprofessional.
Horrible service, beans were cold,SUPER unorganized ,they didn’t give us our drinks,napkins,forks,spoons,overall horrible
We waited in the drive thru for an hour and mind you there were 2 lines for drive thru. They forgot part of our order so we went inside to ask for the other part they forgot and the associate "helping" people in the front was so rude to everyone. She had a attitude from the start to everyone and then would mutter under her breathe in spanish cursing at people thinking we wouldn't understand her. Don't bother going here, horrible service.
Placed order at drive thru and they told me to park at the side to wait for my food. After 30 minutes, I went inside to ask about my food and the manager said “we didn’t know you were out there” lol. Basically they forgot. After all that I notice when they were packing one of my sandwiches, the chicken was not edible. I pointed it out to the manager and she herself couldn’t believe it. I then asked for a refund and it’s still pending. This place is disguisting and the workers just don’t care. Please stay away unless you want to get sick.
