It is really sad when the guy behind the cash register has no clue of what your menu is made off. They had a “tremendo burger” but the guy could not say what was in the special sauce. He was able to say “it’s ok” however he wasn’t convinced about it. Appreciate the honesty but a little more effort. The burger was good. But it was probably the queso frito that made it. The Latin bowl with pollo asado was bland with what I like to call “al dente” rice. Rice was crunchy or on the under cooked side. The tostones that were cut into tiny bits didn’t help but at least it gave the plate a little flavor. The drinks? Think 6 oz plastic cups where the lids don’t even fit. This particular pincho factory was like a step below chipotle, which coincidentally is right next door to it.

Nice.Clean.Friendly.And my burgers are being cooked, not just slam-components together.Tasty too - slightly more expensive than expected, but it doesn’t ruin the overall good experience.A costco-style bun on the brand-burger was a disappointment though.

Happen to be in the area and wanted something yummy to eat so Pincho it is. The girl attending the register was SO SWEET , I was so undecided that I wanted to change my order and she did it with no hesitation. The place looks clean the only thing was that when I got there the system was down so people couldn’t pay with a card but other that that the place had a verity of kabobs and burgers …. Queso frito , tostones… fries. I ended up ordering the tremendo Burger. It had Queso Frito with caramelized onions and potato sticks and bacon with their secret sauce it was so good.

First time at Pincho and I didn't have a pincho, but had the Perfecto Burger with the cajun fries and it was DELICIOUS! I had my cilantro sauce on the side, but I'll definitely have it on when I visit again!

Had the steak kabob with salad and "roasted" mix vegetables. Steak was very tasty but a little salty for me. Salad was fresh but tons of dressing (which i think most people prefer) Over all the meal was very good. My only complaint was the vegetables which were not roasted but boiled so the were flavor less and mushy. But over all clean place and tasty food for a quick bite.

Originally had the thought of eating at IKEA, but decided to try this place out. I am glad I made this decision because it is amazing. The staff were friendly and the food was to die for. The Poncho burger I got was cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious with the sauce. Fiancee had the buffalo black and Bleu burger and ate everything without letting me try it so I know she loved it. Overall, I would highly recommend and make sure you get the fries with the sauce (I believe it's the Poncho sauce). Would definitely come back and already trying to figure out when.

Wow! Food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the chicken kabob plate and extra steak skewer. Entire meal was absolutely delicious and highly recommend.

Second time there. Food is very good. Daughter loved it. Great service. Will be back!!

I really wanted to love this restaurant but sadly Pincho fell way below our expectations. Two issues with our order: 1) The Toston Burger. The tostones were cooked fine but whoever seasoned the tostones literally saturated them with salt and pepper. Gross. I had to scrape the salt and pepper off of the tostones to even get it close to being edible. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t continue eating it because it was TOO MUCH salt and pepper even with me taking off most of it. 2) My husband ordered a Pincho Dog and unwrapped a plain hot dog. We paid extra because he wanted the Pincho Dog and what he got was something I could’ve done at home, myself. I called the restaurant and told them of the problem and they offered to provide me with a refund or store credit, HOWEVER, I would have to go in person to the restaurant. I live 20 mins away, so it would be quite of an inconvenience for a place like Pincho. So to not credit my card being as I live quite a distance, that was a disappointment also. We won’t be ordering from here again and will not recommend to friends or family.
