A couple days ago I was visiting from tampa and I Went to Paul’s For some authentic French food and pastry with my sisters and I must say We got exactly what We came for, from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the amazing service that was received from the server Dorian who provided amazing customer service, kept checking up to make sure that I didn’t lack of anything. Overall phenomenal restaurant with delicious sandwiches, pastries and amazing service I will surely be back!!
My best friend and her cousin were in town from Paris and this was the nearest French restaurant to the hotel. We decided to go for brunch and I’m so glad we did because it was AMAZNG! The food was 10/10 service 10/10 and the deserts and pastries were just like in Paris. I’ll definitely be coming back often ? Ask for a mimosa it’s the best I ever had! Natural orange juice squeezed right in front of you! Go, you won’t regret it!
I went to eat lunch with my family today. The food was delicious,and the staff was prompt and helpful and kind. I got the chicken club and cream boule for desert ,and all was very good . And I can’t wait to go back again with my friends or family.
Horrible experience. Been overcharged, they added goat cheese to my salad I didn’t ask for. Same with coffee, paid double price. Food quality not good. My salad mix was soggy and old . Quiche was super small with old cold potatoes on the side. Croissant was underbaked. Paul outlet. You get 50% of the service and food quality.
We came about a 45 minute drive to eat breakfast and all for the servers were super rude rushing with attitudes. One of the employees thought that a Perrier that we had was from there and we tried to explain to her that we brought and she gave us an attitude as well. The employees need training in customer service. All the 2 men and one women had attitudes.
Horrible experience plus they called a security on me just because I asked for the supervisor name who refused to tell me her name and or her boss name. She even stated that "Jesus is my boss". We stopped by to enjoy our afternoon with a coffee and desert. Once it was my turn everyone disappeared from the register so I waited a couple of minutes and keep looking to see if anyone recognize that I am standing and waiting. Not even a comment that we will be right with you. There were also customers in line. So I made a comment that it seems like they are closed. She comes to the register after hearing my comment :D and show me the sign and says "Madam look at this sign". Ok I understand you are short staffed but say something. And when she made 2 cappuccinos for me, she made them extra extra hot for revenge and poor my mom burned her tongue with a blister. I went back and asked for a thermometer to check the temperature and they did not have it so I asked for her name and she refused. Other staff gave me wrong names and making jokes. Am I in a comedy club? She called a security on me and did not let another Spanish employee talk to me or give her name to me. Very unprofessional. Then she sated that " I have a family and you are going to make me loose my job". Really. You should because you don't belong to this business woman. Anyway. Don't waste your money and your precious time in this place. NOT WORTH IT. Go somewhere that you are treated with respect and courtesy.
Bad Service,. Offer Whole combo for 15.95 and inside charge 16.95. When I asked why they said. Do you want the potato's? I answered: No! I'm never asked for the potatoes! It's a trick! Because in the receipt only I see Whole Combo 16.95. + Tax
The price in the ticket did not match with the price on the menu..Our orange juice had a bad bad flavor and the server Dorian did not want to change it because he said all the oranges are the same they are just oranges, That is how they taste.....That's the craziest answer you can have.He had a really bad attitude addressing a simply issue with a bad taste on two orange juices. At the end he brought a new one and they were perfect .- we waited around 45 min for our food.
Low quality, pay attention to your receipt because they are not honest with the prices and charging for things that I didn’t ask for. It was a second chance that I gave them but not worth it. Extra hot one of the cappuccinos. Avoid this place.
