I called Papa John Pizza on commercial, Sunrise Fl , They said 30 minutes called again and said 40 more minutes, My husband with diabetes waiting he almost fainted, I had to cancel order , terrible experience
Michelle made the over order so easy she was so polite and sure a pleasant voice also to collect my dinner she was great it tasted so good
Placed an order on 1/22/22 - pizza went out for delivery and was marked as delivered. (No pizza came). No phone call from driver or store. Person answering the phone was condescending (I missed their name), and when I told them the address was wrong (avenue vs terrace) and no one could have delivered the pie, they said. “Oh yeah, it’s back here at the store.”A quick phone call could have fixed this. Worse yet, I had a 25% tip on the order. Will definitely avoid ordering delivery from this location again and stick to pick-up if absolutely necessary.We’ve ordered carry-out from them before with little more issues that a missing sauce or two, thus a 2 star instead of 1.
Horrible service!!! Decided to order some pizza for my family everyone hated it!!! Kids said it tasted disgusting ?!! Wings were cold I spent 85 dollars and called to speak to a manager he did not get on the phone left another employee to do his dirty work they refused to refund me!! Never again rude staff !! Finally able to speak to the so called manager he was beyond rude and refused to refund me the weird thing is I called several papa johns to get feed back on there policy and they all said they would do a on time refund!! Save your money and don’t come here this place is straight trash!!
I always have a problem with my crust not being well done, tonight we called Churyl and she made up for it, she was efficient and thorough. Seems like a great employee. Thank you.
I call and they slam the phone on me and won’t take my order. I call and the employee says leave us alone. Pizza isn’t worth it and always made sloppy. Workers need to learn good customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Wow. Just wow. Where do I even begin? I order my food and she give me attitude for no reason just because I asked for the wrong size and asked to change it. Later on my pizza was never delivered so I decide to call. “Hi plz hold”. I say ok no problem and I wait. *45 minutes later* “hey how may I take ur order”. “Hey I ordered a pizza almost 2 hours ago and it was never delivered could I atleast get a refund”? “ Boy ian even know how to do dat” worker says. Then she slams the phone. So I get no pizza or my money back I’m so disgusted. 0 stars if possible.
