Does not listen to simple instructions and serves cold food. Just eww wish I could put zero stars
So I ride 2 miles on my bike it's going to McDonald's on a hot day went inside hot no ice cream machine broken I completely went there for ice cream and that was that was not too excited about that otherwise I was well
Ok before I get started, I tried the chicken mcmuffin sandwich this morning and I didn't like it. It might of been cooked in old grease maybe. Anyway this rating is for the service I got this morning 3/22/23 at 7:45AM. I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin a chicken mcmuffin and a small black coffee. I got a small black coffee and 1 sausage mcmuffin 1 chicken mcmuffin and a hash brown. I explained that I'm missing a sausage mcmuffin. I explained that I had a hash brown in the bag but I didn't order that. It's early in the morning. I can see the person behind me losing her patience. Now the manager wanted a dollar for the difference so I could get a sausage mcmuffin. I think if you had proper management skills you would have just gave me the sausage mcmuffin. I'm not saying it for a hand-out just the rite thing to do. I gave her my change back and she went and redid the charge again. Still think it wasn't so professional. The managers name is Debbie. I never had a problem in this store. For the most part there very nice to you and the food has been good so far (only that chicken sandwich problem). I wish that they take the time to read these comments and try to correct them. I would take a free sandwich as a gesture that we're sorry for your bad experience. Like I said, I'm not in it for hand-outs. It's just the rite thing to do.
Horrible attitude. Manager is a disgrace. Don’t come here. They will spit in your food and laugh about it. BEWARE!!!

went through the drive thru. Ordered a large 2c. Sure may not be much but when u order large its cause u was hungry. They give u Med. So How much is McDonald's saving buy not giving u what u ordered. Oh let's not forget how u don't get napkins straw ketchup or sauce unless u ask.Really considering to stop eating McDonald's. I hate being frustrated.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order to find out they gave it to someone else. No apology for the mistake. Never going to this McDonald's again!!
Drive thru is fast most of the time
Ordered the usual (McDouble Bundle). Fries were fresh, crisp, but had a unique taste / texture. Hard to describe.
This McDonalds could be better. The food always seems old and tired. The apple pies were burned.
