I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles extra onions add bacon and no ice in my drink. I get my burger and it had no pickles no onions and no bacon, I told the employee and he took the burger back. This time the burger comes back with pickles and normal onions as if it were a normal Big Mac. I asked him to fix it one last time as I had paid extra for the bacon. The last time my burger comes out it has pickles on it normal onions and bacon the kid hands me my drink and it’s a cup full of ice. Hands down the worst staff ever. Incompetent. Unprofessional. They need to fire that whole staff or retrain everyone including the manager
Most horrible customer service. Ordered through the Mobile app and When I went to go pick up I ordered two guava and cream pies but instead they gave me two Apple pies which I’m allergic to then proceeded to say they ran out and insisted I take the Apple pies and instead and I asked for a refund and they lied and said I had to go through the app I went through the app and no phone number is listed. Then I try and call the store and the phone number is not working never again

says they open @5am .. but nobody’s answering the speaker when it’s literally 6:30 i was at the speaker for approximately 5 minutes .. nobody responded went to the lobby it’s locked meanwhile workers are inside all imma say is if u don’t wanna work don’t come to work .. this is ridiculous horrible service.

Just another McDonalds. The drive thru staff is nice. Food is ok for a quick bite.
Worst Mcdonald in the entire united states.super slow,employees dont pay attention takeing order,bad quality of food,they give you the wrong order most of time.dont go there ever.they need new magement and new employee.start from scratch.also employees should not be allow to wear headphone during working hours,not safe at all.
Went through the drive thru today. Got there at 9:02pm. Waited at the speaker until 9:12. No one ever came to the speaker. Tried saying hello a few times. Nothing. Went to the first window. Nothing. Second window, nothing. They were not supposed to close until 10 pm. No one was there, no signs saying they closed early. About 6 cars were piled up behind us waiting.
Google says hours are until 10 pm but this is the second time I come on a Sunday around 8 pm and a person says their closed (in the drive thru). Either change your hours or don’t close willy nilly!
Drive thru closed early around 8:50pm. At least 5 cars waiting in the drive thru line, only found out it was closed when husband went up to window. It’s Friday night suppose to be open until 1am.
