This McDonald's is really going downhill. When I get their food, it is a few hours old, rarely fresh, and they say you should've requested it fresh. Who wants to pay for food that isn't fresh. Why do I have to say I want fresh fries and fresh nuggets, isn't that a given. Sooooooo not worth it!!!

On Tuesday April 12 I went thru the drive thru and ordered an oatmeal. I drove away and parked. I opened the oatmeal 30 seconds later and it was very dry and barely warm. I got back in the drive thru a 2nd time and got a replacement. It was very soupy. I showed the supervisor. She said to let it set for awhile and it should be ok..10 min. Later..still soupy! I have gotten bad oatmeal before but i never said anything. This is gone too far!!?This McDonald is close to my home. I have patronized along time. I don't deserve slop oatmeal i pay for many times. I'm very disgruntled!! ?
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, they took forever, and then when she did come she had an attitude spoke very low then cut me off in the middle of me talking said never mind and walked away. NO RESPECT NO MANNERS. i would give no stars if i could
My mans is the drive got the energy tho. This is the first time I've ever been to a McDonald's and had a memorable experience. The food came out quick fresh and hot so that made it even better. I didn't get his name but my man's in the drive thru is really doing it.
I like this Mcdonalds. Fries are always hot, staff is pleassnt. I would have rated it a 5, but service is slow. Every Wednesday is my grandson McDonald's day. He will only eat chicken nuggets, and fries, with apple juice. So if he has done good in school, he gets his McDonald's treat, At this location.
