I would give 0 stars if I could. The attitudes were horrible. I was picking up 2 Uber eats orders and no one would get the orders for me. I had to ask more than 4 times for the orders until the nasty manager with short hair told me not to give her attitude. I finally had to cancel the orders and leave because there was no way I could wait any longer. I was there waiting almost 30 mins. Very disappointed and will never be going there again. I will make sure everyone I know in the area goes somewhere else. That’s a promise!
Horrible service, I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order. The young lady has also had issues with another man before. I do not recommend this place but this is McDonald’s what am I suppose to expect
The worst customer service at a McDonald's I've ever witnessed. I go there twice a day to moody under staffed no WiFi, and service that might take you 10min to order when there is no one there. They sit around and talk or just concentrate on just the drive thru. There is one worker who is a manager in training and she is wonderful, but there crew as a whole would be sitting the bench if I was the coach. It's like they don't want anyone to be in the dinning room, just grab your cold food and leave must be the Moto at that location. Don't recommend that branch I think it's privately owned, and must not care to much. Sorry if taken hard, but it's the truth.
The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Went in a group, and ended up cancelling my own order as to not deal with the worker who was taking drive through orders again.This was on Thursday 6/16/22 around 11:50 PM, although I did not get the name of the woman who was at the first window and taking orders during the drive through at the time. However, from the moment I arrived she greeted me and my party with nothing but attitude. When we said we had 3 mobile orders, she said they could only take two, and despite our confusion, we agreed. She didnt ask for our order numbers at first, so we asked if she needed them and she responded “well obviously”, again with intense attitude. She proceeded to ask for all 3 order numbers, while only actually taking the first and last one. When we arrived at the first window, she charged someone in our party $2.14, saying that his payment was cancelled. We were confused because we had paid online, and she got an attitude and just showed us a picture of the screen on her phone, saying “pay here”. She didn’t tell us which of the two other order numbers she was referring to however. She eventually pulled over a colleague, and complained loudly about how we had tried to get our 3 mobile orders, which wasn’t even a part of the problem at this point. She left for a while, and when she finally came back asked us “did you finally figure out how to pay?” /again/ with an attitude. We asked who’s name the order was under, and she responded by saying exasperatedly “i already showed you the picture” and proceeded to show us another photo on her phone that she did not previously show, when she could have easily just said the name on the order. When he went to pay with a $5 bill, she simply responded “mm-mm” in a disapproving tone and said “its $5.14”.. which it wasn’t. She continued with her hot attitude when we explained we ordered using a deal online and it was $2.14 which she had said literally a minute before. She “changed it in the system” expressing “lord have mercy” and finally gave us the receipt. We received our two orders, and I proceeded to cancel mine as to not have to deal with her again.
Employees here have DISGUSTING attitudes. Listened to one employee get slick with a senior citizen and watched another employee slam a bag on the counter out of aggravation when the delivery people did not respond to who had what order within 5 seconds as they were checking. They didn't try me (thank God) but u can tell they have no home training and are broke and miserable in life. I can't speak on the food because I walked out without ordering. Never coming here again.
Not bad for the wait time what I've noticed is that management is in jer zone everyone is working drive through and no one is paying attention to the customers inside 10 people working drive through and one person attending to the inside customers whom are frustrated over long wait and missing food items people in the back laughing and playing please hire more people and train them well it seems like the staffers were a bunch of friends hanging out and chilling! Do better everyone shouldn't be all over the place as if it's their 1st day on the job no eeal customer service just laughing at the customers when their concerns are spurred out... do better sunrise!
I honestly don't have very good things to say about this particular McDonald's location. The staff is always rude and they take a very long time to get a simple food or drink order to the dine in customers. They seem very focused on the drive through more than the customers who are ordering instead of the store. They have literally had me in tears on more than 1 occasion due to lack of good customer service and completely ignoring the customers who are in the dinning room and trying to place orders to either dine in and to go order.
I ask for 2 cheese burger of the grill &a medium fry off the fry& they Give it to me cold,never gonna eat there again,I rather die of hungry then to eat there,I called customer care to let them them know how poor the service manager& the cashier me .
The food was cold and the fries were terrible. I will not be eating from McDonald's any more. They have gotten terrible.
