All I can say is WOW!!!I haven’t had a SUB THIS GOOD since I was at my cousin‘s deli Nico’s in New York..Not only was the sub fantastic ! Louis was very personable after he taught me how to fill out my order..?The place was immaculate, you could even eat off the floor.Louie, I will most definitely be back. And I will be telling every one how wonderful your establishment is. So watch out for me??
First time to Louie k. Have been living in sunrise for the past 20 years. It's not to often I can say I found a hidden gem but I did as I stopped in the plaza to take a business call. To say the place is spotless, organized and efficient would only come after stating the fact I just had one of the best subs I have had in years. I had my version of an Italian sub, superb!!! This place is a must for any and all sub conesourers... Support local businesses.
My first and last time I’ll ever order at this local sandwich establishment! Everything was ok EXCEPT the attitude of the sandwich maker. He was very condescending and had to make a negative comment about my credit card that it was too old and I needed to change it! He wasn’t mad when my card went through the payment nonetheless! He lost a potential customer. Very bad salesperson and very unprofessional!
Best kept secret. This place is the cleanest! Not a crumb anywhere. My sandwich was absolutely the best. I had a roast beef garlic herb wrap. Plenty of meat, sliced fresh to order and all the veggies were fresh and crisp. Service was efficient even during lunch hour and the staff was very personable. Don't sleep on Louie's. Thank me later! Authentic Jersey Subs at its Best!

Love love love this place! Will eat this over Publix any day! The veggies are always fresh and bread always so soft. The atmosphere and music selection is always nice and welcoming. This is a must eat!
I was shocked by the decor and music. It's the coolest sub shop I've seen. The place is clean and I'm super impressed that every review i read was a great review. That's why I went. I love mom and pop sub shops. Louie is so detail oriented. He starts you off with a list that you need to complete to place your order. He follows it to a Tee. When i got home and ate my sub, it was delicious. Thank you Louie. I look forward to going there again. It was nice talking to you.
You can't talk about Sandwiches if you've never visited Louie K subs. Literally the best subs (yes even better than Publix). Louie has been doing this for years as a solo operation and has perfected the sandwich making technique. There is no skimping out on meats as everything is freshly cut and prepped for you to enjoy. Locals from sunrise really adore the ambiance and food provided by Louie and we thank him for his awesome and amazing food.
