I would've given this location 5 stars, but the staff can be very rude. I live close by so this is the location I frequent the most.I honestly wish staff would just be a bit nicer. A lot of times no one greets you, they have an attitude when you ask a question, I've even had my change tossed at me. Again, I like this location, just wish staff would be nicer.
Unfortunately this place is really bad. No nice way to say it. Even when there is no one there, its still a 20 minute wait. Two consecutive times ive gotten a pizza that has obviously been sitting around. So much for hot and ready
Sadly, this store has NO CLUE what’s going on… Absolute chaos 100% of the time. I’ve tried and tried, but they never can seem to figure out how to run a simple pizza franchise. I called and ordered before the dinner rush on a Thursday night, arrived in 15 minutes as they said to on the phone, no one else was there and still had to wait for 35 minutes. 6-7 people came in after me and only 1 person left before me. It’s an absolute embarrassment how badly the store runs and simply unbelievable that they manage to stay in business. Store ownership and store management should be absolutely ashamed of how terrible this location functions. Thumbs down all the way!!! Atrocious!!!
I come here all the time for certain pizzas because I’m vegan and the Cashier Giana always gets them right and is very extravagant. I’ve never received this type of kindness from a fast food restaurant from anyone. She makes the restaurant feel like I’m at home! Great employees and staff and good food. Very patient people and the manager is nice as well.
This store is a great franchise. However the customers that come in are so rude and demanding. I was there on a Friday night And I seen a grown man being rude to all the workers who are clearly teenagers doing their best. I’ve been going here since 2008 and I never received a bad pizza from this location. And there’s a nice cashier who the guy is talking about under me I was there he was being nasty her when she’s very nice and always makes my custom pizzas. Besides the customers, the staff are nice and I never had problems.
Honestly this was exactly what I needed when I wanted a cheap but filling bite to eat. The cashier Gia was excellent. she kindly listened and patiently explained my order when I wanted to know how the order was prepared. She did her job better then needed and makes you feel right at home.
Little Caesars is great for the price BUT do yourself a favor and skip this location. I placed the order online so I wouldn't have to stay in the building long. I showed up after my pickup time and still had to wait 40 minutes. The manager is completely unprofessional and rude. Long nails and hair, no gloves or hairnet (she could of at least tied it up). Earbuds in and couldn't hear when spoken to. Insults customers even though we're the reason she even has job. Other customers walked in to place their order and were standing there for well over 20 minutes just to place an order. I will NEVER AGAIN go to this location... I'd rather go out of my way and go to another location than come here again. If the store owner reads this... do yourself a favor and fire the manager you had working last night. She's a nasty person that doesn't appreciate her job! She told me her name was Giana but she could have lied since I was clearly upset.
Ever since they got a new manager; the dough has been fluffier, service quicker and the newer employees are more polite. They even created a little kids corner. I mean.. We all go to Little Caesars for convience; its just an added bonus when it's better customer service. I like the new manager and team!
Pizzas were great, but the employees don’t follow or use the system. I never got an email that they were ready. They also had no ideas my pizzas were done and they sat there over 15 minutes and they never used the pizza portal. Update: I finally received an email that they were ready 25 minutes after I picked them up!
The people are nice but the don’t have anything on the menu I came last week they had nothing and the next week aswell wouldn’t recommend coming here
