Great food I come here often for lunch.
The skirt steak I ordered was EXTREMELY tough, although tasty. The caesar salad was nothing but the very green part of the romaine lettuce, and the croutons were soft. For the almost $19 I paid for my meal, I was really hoping for a better experience.
Good food good customer service easy to find I recommend if someone wants a good home meal this will be the place
On Monday May 9th around 9:30pm I went through the Drive-Thru and was greeted by a very nice young man at the window. He was very knowledgeable with the products and was very customer service oriented. It was my first time eating at this restaurant so I had a few questions which he answered right away. Food was good and would have given a 5 Star. But while at the window some lady came and I felt she mistreated the young man by questioning him in sort of a rough manner as to why he had not given us the food yet. Well this was because he was explaining to us about a dessert we ordered. I am not sure if she was the manager but If she is I have a message for her. Good Employees are hard to find so please don’t be harsh on those who do work. I hope someone in higher management reads this and offer additional training to their management teams.
Poor service and long lines. Ordered my food and waited over 20 min in line to get food in their drive-thru ended up just leaving with no food because even after 20 minutes my food was not ready. Lack of customer service and speed of service is beyond slow. I went inside after exiting their drive-thru and a bunch of the employees were just standing around talking, with what seemed like no urgency to help the 5+ car line outside.
Idk who idea it was to change the empanadas but they should be fired. Ew! I used to go often for the food, especially empanadas and no more. Smh.
Today I had the worst experience ever I asked for a whole roasted chicken and unfortunately the chicken was raw my boyfriend went to claim that to one of the ladies and she said it’s not raw that is the color of the chicken but as my boyfriend and I are cooks we work in a restaurant we know perfectly the temperatures of the meat so he went for the second time because the second half they gave us was the same and they cooked for more time but I couldn’t eat no more it was very disgusting I attached the pictures so you can make your own conclusion and you can see what I’m about talking about I just want to warn people because I don’t take this kind of things lightly salmonella is a very dangerous bacteria than cause many illnesses
Went here to buy dinner for my family, I bought two rotisserie chicken and fried rice. I live 3 min from this restaurant when I got home the food was spoiled my fried rice had slime. The food smells awful. Waste of $54 never again you guys should be ashamed of yourself and the rotten food you sell to people.
Love this spot ! ? Everything I've tried so far is flavorful and fresh, except for the tostones that always seem to be stale..
Horrible costumer service. Made an order on Uber Eats, it was raining and the guy in the drive-through told me I had to go inside to pick it up.. he could have just handled it to me. Then I pick up the food inside and asked if the salsa’s were in the bag and the lady said yes.. not there when I got home. Then the chicken was not cooked, it even had blood and the plantains looked like rocks and felt like eating plastic. Never going there agin.. people are rude
