I attend here for Spoken Word events. I love the setup and ambiance but the food service is undesirable. I assume they maybe understaffed because the wait is always. We ordered a salad and waited about 2hrs. The show was almost over. On top of the wait the chicken was burnt, very dry and over-seasoned. This wasn't the first time that the wait was ridiculous to get SALAD; other food orders were coming out much quicker. Some of the patrons had ordered after us.I would recommend going a couple hours before a show if you want to eat but for me, I'll just eat before going to any event here. No thank you.
My first time here. The DJ is good...I see lots of regulars from another bar. The waitress came over to me twice to ask me what I wanted to drink. I like the vibe in here for my first time.
Came here at least seven times, before and during the pandemic. Most of the clientele are very respectful. The appetizers, entrees, and drinks will satisfy your appetite, not great but still good to the taste. Best aspect of this place is the music, always great!CON: Consistently, some of the servers will cater to their regulars and spend a lengthy time with regular clientele as if they came to the venue with them. If you’re new to the establishment, or if you don’t “look” like a big tipper, you might fall asleep before they get to your table.

Great ambiance, very nice setting, the music was everything. Definitely will revisit again.

I am a REGULAR at Krave because I attend for poetry night.I parked my vehicle at 8:15pm (1/26/22) in a handicap spot right out front of the building. I’m inside the building (spending money). At 9:33pm an announcement is made over the speaker that a vehicle needed to be moved, my vehicle… SHOCKED!My boyfriend goes outside to see why the vehicle needed to be moved and was told because thats where the owner parks. The owner is NOT handicap. They made us move the vehicle so the owner can park his car.The sign in front of the spot says HANDICAP. Not reserved…..What kind of owner does that? Horrible. This is how you treat your customer…….
Great food but the servers seem to gravitate towards their regular customers. I sat for like 15/20 minutes before anyone spoke to me and there weren't many people there.
Very nice setup. Atmosphere was chill and the staff was great.
