Excellent authentic Peruvian food. Next best thing to actually being in Peru. Every dish is to made to perfection. You can’t go wrong with the delicious desserts.
I went in, hoping to have some good Peruvian food. I ordered the Seafood and rice. It was a big blob of rice slop with very little seafood. The plate is supposed to come with a little onion side dish that compliments the meal, but it came to my table as I was finishing my meal. I had water as my drink which the waiter never returned to refill. I only saw my waiter when he took my order.
Finally good Peruvian food!!!First time here. And so close to my house. A Peruvian friend said to me that it was like eating his childhood meals.Fist time that I see a menu with way more basic American-Peruvian dishes. I have just one stomach, so I will definitely return fore more! Good service. OK ambiance. All looks super clean. If you decide to go, try new things. Everything is super tasty. Ask for the spicy cremas to enhance even more the flavors. I forgot to take pictures. Presentation was very nice too.
Food is delicious, the staff is courteous. Honestly, one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve eaten at in a while. I’d recommend the anticucho and rachi parrilla, hands down the best anticucho.
only saw our waitress once the whole time, the only other guy around seemed to be in a bad mood, food took a while, expensive yet basic tasting, and we waited 10 minutes for the bill despite it not being busy. they made a mistake on our bill and got charged extra???? and an obligated $20 service fee despite horrible service. NOT recommended.

The service and food was phenomenal, the waiting time was fast, portions were large, the waitress was friendly and patient while we chose what we wanted to order. I recommend this place if your a person that likes to eat and it is a very nice place to eat as well. Love it and will definitely come back. 100 percent recommended for anyone!!!
All four of us enjoy the food and the comfort of dining outside. The servers are very helpful when ecplaining the menu. Th purple corn drink is excellent.it was avery pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend Konakai
Went in today. Ordered one of the linch special dishes for $10 which is not a big deal but the meat was really tough. Tried to send it back and was told that that's how it is and the waiter even tried to get a little mouthy. I sent it back and didn't eat it! The point was not the $10 it was the poor customer service. Did have a vuelve a la vida that was good. Most likely will not be returning. There's Sylvia's peruvian bakery down the street with better service!
The food here is really good. The wait staff are friendly and make you feel at home.
