Ok we finally found our family’s go to Chinese place in Sunrise ! Here’s what we tried- chicken and broccoli, General Tso, Sweet and Sour, egg rolls, crab rangoons, fried dumplings, pork fried rice, and wonton soup. It was all so delicious and plentiful. My husband picked it up and said the lady that helped him (maybe owner). Was very nice. We were used to NY Chinese and this definitely hit the spot.
The best Chinese takeout food ever.... I live 5 mins away and this place never fails me. Normal wait time is 20 to 30 mins. But well worth it. I recommend calling in the order before and then picking up. Food is always fresh. We always order the sweet and sour chicken and it's definitely more chicken than breading. Not like other Chinese locations. Keep up the good job guys!!!
Food is very good only complaint is thatthe Wonton soup is way to salty, tell thecook that makes the soup to cut downon the salt that's put in the soup.Hope next time I order it will be lesssalty.
Have enjoyed Jan Mei for many years. Still great...Great ingredients freshly prepared. Generous portions and great packaging. Delicious!

Original New York style Chinese food.Pork style egg rolls are still hand made like the ones in New York...not the frozen ones with mushy soggy cabbage in them.Also handmade are their steamed or pan fried dumplings. Thick, firm filled with an ample amount of moist meats.
My husband found this place today, and everything he ordered was good, except or special fried, itbwas ok, it was on the burnt side, but we also ordered pork fried rice that one was good.! Will be back for sure.
Good was amazing! I have been searching for a fresh Chinese takeout near me. Thank goodness for reviews. Found this place and I have to say, hands down the best by far in area!!!!
Visited several times whilst on vacation with family who live in Plantation. The food was good, tasty and great portion size. We all go for combination meals- egg roll- soup- main and rice. Very tasty and always piping hot. Give it a go don’t think you will be disappointed
The worst Chinese food I've probably ever had. That sucks too because we had high hopes beforehand. Very much disappointed
