The moment you walk in …you will smell a strong pungent foul odor coming from the bathroom! It makes you wonder if your food is actually safe eat.The restaurant is very small you can’t help but smell itThis bad smell from the bathroom been going on for a few years now.They are not doing anything about it. The food is okay but they lost there touch. The legume was tasteless.. my family and I complains that it’s cold.The food serve to you is not hot!. Do yourself a favor a go to China Hut
Great food! Horrible customer service, longest wait. I always place my orders over the phoneand won’t go to pick it up until an hour later and it’s still never ready. Hope they get better at preparing the orders on time.
Good isn’t terrible but definitely have had better. The customer service by far some of the worse if not the worse customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
1.The customer service sucks!Me being Of Jamaican descent,it’s sad to see that many of our Caribbean restaurants don’t have decent customer service.2.The food is subpar at best,the griot has mostly fat,the beans are mushy and the rice is just dry.I’ll stick to the Haitian restaurants down in Miami.Never coming back to this location.
Bro the food here is amazing , I’m a college student and man there is barely any good Haitian food places outside of south and central Florida . This is the spot. I speak French but Understand creole, I’m learning creole .
Food not bad but customer service and presentation needs major focus
If I can give them 0 stars I would I ordered my food at 5:15 got there waited 30 min and when ask how much longer it’s only attitude they give instead . It’s always something with them but today was enough and I’ll never go back . If a customer is asking u a question just give a simple answer cuz if u give me attitude ima give it back. If u ain’t they kind (Haitian) they gone look right over you .
