I love the quality of the food. I was very surprised how beautiful it is inside. Seems like a great competitor to Cheesecake F. I ordered a burger and was very delicious. I order salad as side because I was going to walk a lot and wouldn’t want to be heavy. The desserts looked very nice but I didn’t try. Also the quality of the bread for the burger was great. One down side is that they don’t give bread as entry

Our dinner Saturday night was fabulous as was our server Sheba. Just when you thought excellent servers were a thing of the past in walks Sheba! She was pleasant and offered suggestions off of our likes and dislikes and she was spot on, very attentive too! When we go back we hope it’s when Sheba is there. Our dinner choices included the small nacho plate, chicken royale, both the pork and chicken bao buns, sweet potato fries, Mac & cheese skillet, ginger beef tenderloins, bbq chipotle burger, beignets a piece of strawberry cheesecake and a partridge in a pear tree lol only kidding on that one. Fabulous atmosphere love the ambiance of the grand lux, a definite favorite……go and enjoy it’s so worth it!!

So my 3 Angels surprised me this year and brought me to the grand Lux Café in SAWGRASS for Mother’s Day brunch 2022. And let me just tell you it was another wonderful time spent there! Our server was great they were extremely busy but the food was superb! We did have a mishap but management, double management, was on top of it and took care of it right away and couldn’t be more apologetic. There were four of us for brunch, and all but one of the meals came out together, my daughters meal took quite a bit longer to come out but we were visited by our server who questioned it and then a couple minutes later a manager came out apologizing and then a second manager came out apologizing and explaining they failed and they were taking care of the meal. Aside from that, it was a wonderful time. Food is superb!! Service is superb!! If anyone has the chance to visit this location please do!! We enjoyed: caramel banana pancakes, mini sliders and fries, Chicken and waffles and hashbrowns, a cuban with a side salad and berry vinaigrette dressing, and 3 smoothies: strawberry banana, tropical and a raspberry swirl, all was fantastic!!

Standard menu ambience and quality for this national chain. This location is at the Sawgrass outlet mall. So a great place to take a break with a meal. The menu is extensive and should suit most tastes. Definitely better than the mall food courts.

One of my Favorite restaurants.

This is our 3rd day in a row here. I gave a 4 star because of the flavor of the food. the first night we had the Chicken Parmigiano with 1/2 stack baby back ribs that was soo good. the next night we had the RibEye Steak which had no flavor unfortunately, the mash was really good and i had the side of brocoli. the Fetuccini Alfredo also really didnt have any flavor either. the desserts were delicious thus far and today we came in for brunch. The servers Dora and Chia are super friendly and Sawsi (spelling). The breakfast is awesome and the appetizer empanadad are really good.

Good food, friendly service just very slow.

I had roasted caramel chicken with mashed potatoes. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. I'll recommend this restaurant for a quick meet-up with family or friends even a date night.

I ordered the mini nachos. I ordered them like I have many times before.Must be a new chef or something because what was delivered to me via DoorDash is absolutely not edible and is in no way what I ordered.I asked for extra pico and didn’t get any at all. I don’t know how you burn the nachos but don’t melt the cheese. The amount of cheese was ridiculous probably enough for 3 orders. The chef botched it and the food packer didn’t catch it either.Very disappointed in Grand Lux Cafe. They should really do better.

I was all excited to take my daughter to this restaurant for her birthday last night. I understand they were busy so we had a 45 minute wait which was no problem but when we finally got seated and ordered food, it was one hr before our food came out. I had a party of six and we all were getting to the point of low blood sugar. This placed closed at 11pm and it was 10:30 when we got our food. We received cold mash potatoes but but debating whether to say anything because it was already such a long wait. Anyway we told the waitress and she brought out more but this set looked liked it was plopped in a bowl cause again it was almost closing time and all the kitchen wants to do is leave so they watch the click. No time to eat or order dessert, now we were being rushed. All of a sudden we were told the dessert was sold out. The waitress brings boxes and starts helping us pack our food up smh. This evening was not the experience that I hoped for. I spent $300 last night and got cold food, rushed, and sold out dessert. I won’t be going back anytime soon. I work too hard to be treated with that type of service.
