I ordered food for Mother’s Day the bill was well over $300. I ordered chicken Parmesan , Eggplant Parmesan and two different pasta dishes. The chicken Parmesan and the pasta dishes were delicious however the Eggplant Parmesan was terrible. The eggplant was hard , very tough Just not good. I made two attempts to call the manager of Goodfellas. As of today Wednesday at 5:17 PM I have had no return call from the manager. We have ordered many times in the past and this will be the last time I will order from them. I don’t understand why businesses don’t really care about their customers. Hopefully when they see this they will give me a call but it really is too late

My experience was amazing, I had the chicken parm and my server's name was Brandon. My food came right on time, not too quick and not too late, just enough time to catch up with an old friend. The was AMAZING, 10/10.
Amazing staff and amazing pizza. This seems to be family owned not quite sure. Nonetheless we were treated amazingly and were seated quickly upon entering. I can't speak about the other dishes but i can say this is some of the best pizza in sunrise and you can tell by the amount of traffic they handle.
I used to eat here 1-2 times a week.Had to take a break due to the food quality. Today I decided to give them another try, and it got much worse. I ordered baked ziti, and the cheese was barely cooked after asking for it to be well done. I order soup, which was cold and old. Also, the garlic rolls were undercooked, and cold. I do not recommend spending your money in this establishment. This is not the first time, but definitely the last.
contempt before investigation not my style so despite the many negative reviews went to assess for myself. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!! Negative reviews are spot on. After an hour of waiting for our order while order after order after order went out the door we left. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THE DINING ROOM AND ONLY DO DOORDASH AND GRUBHUB. Manager obviously overwhelmed and unaware. Won't be seeing me again.
I just received an order that consists of one pie, calamari and two cannoli. The delivery was late. The pizza was cold so I had to heat it up in the oven. When I opened the container with the calamari it wasn't even cooked. The color of it was white. We called and told them we would like the order replaced or our money back. The person said the manager is not there and she didn't have the authority to fix the situation. Close to fifteen dollars for an order raw calamari.
We’ve been growing increasingly more disappointed in the quality of Goodfellas. We used to love this place with their flavor and quality. However, lately it’s been lacking a lot. Garlic rolls are now bland and dry with some thick buttery substance instead of the delicious garlicky oil they used to use. Their $13 ($13!) calamari now looks like it’s worth $5 (skinny, rubbery pieces and half the amount we used to get), and the last pie we got, we paid $4 extra for pepperoni and ricotta, and we probably got a total of 11 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pie. This place isn’t worth it anymore, sadly. Whatever you guys are trying to do to save money is working against the quality we all knew and loved. #bye
Do not order from this restaurant. I ordered pizza for my family at 1:30pm on a Saturday and was told the delivery wait time will be 45-50 minutes. It was 4:30pm and my food still had not been delivered. After calling numerous times and even speaking to the manager I finally cancelled the order at 4:30pm. I could not wait any longer, I had to feed my kids. Every time I called I was told the driver was 5 minutes away and the food will be delivered soon. This was obviously a joke as I’m literally 5 minutes away from the restaurant. At 4:30pm I also advised the manager to credit my credit card as I had already paid, he did not issue the credit although the said okay. Very unprofessional for a business. They did not care I had been waiting for my food 3 hours. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Will never order from them again,
