Food is good. I usually come here 3 times a week. But not anymore. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service. Servers are RUDE. Except shanique; she’s the only one that seems happy to have a Job & keeps it Professional. The rest act as though they’re annoyed. Don’t even think you can escape the attitude by placing an order over the phone, they’ll hang up if you’re asking too many questions and don’t answer when you call back.If the Owner is ok with employees running her Business into the ground, then so be it…

First time there today and I will not be back. Being that it was our first time there you think someone would have explained the menu to us since there was 7 different recipes for escovitch fish on the menu. Once the food was brought to the table I was upset because the rice was very dry as well as the fish, looking for the waiter so I can ask for gravy but the waiters were no where to be found. The service sucks and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone I would rather eat at Dutch Pot or Donna’s at least I know what’s on the menu. Oh I did enjoy my glass of wine that’s about it. ?

I always tell myself I'm going to order something other than the Morgan Harbour brown stew fish because the whole menu is amazing but I don't lol. Dining is spectacular! Great service. Super clean and fresh place. Some nights I think they do Karaoke too. I would actually do a family dinner or small event here.

It's a real good time. The food is excellent, cocktails are good, the atmosphere is relaxing and the entertainment is good. The fire is in the cooking so be sure to tell them if you prefer light or no pepper! All and all always a good time.

After being treated horribly at Lobster House, I decided to give this place a try! Im usually reluctant to go to Jamaican restaurants because of the poor customer service, But I was pleasantly surprised. Nadine sat us down right away. TeeTee took our orders as soon as we sat down. Our food came out piping Hot, well seasoned and delicious. My husband had the steamed fish with okra and bammy. I had escoveitch fish with festival . Its clear that the food was fresh , even the rice and peas couldve been a meal itself , how good it was seasoned. I was pleasantly pleasantly surprised. They did have some explicit music playing at one point and TeeTee changed the music and was apologetic about it as we have a small child. I would recommend anyone to go here. Everything was 10/10. Kudos to the chef and waitresses! Ill be back for sure.

Food was very tasty. Customer service was worth every cent of the $100 I gave the waiter.

After waiting for a customers order for almost 45 min and being ignored several times by the 3 women in there. It took a gentleman at the bar to tell them several times I was still waiting to be serviced. They then proceed to then tell me that they cancelled my customers order. My customer was so upset as she had already paid for it. If your looking for customer service and class. STAY AWAY from this place because those women definitely don’t have that quality. #SoDisgusted

This restaurant has to be a joke. There was this beautiful tall server that greeted us at the door her name is Tiara and said she will be our server but this older lady with some kind of hair that looked like it was glued on her head. As she interrupted Tiara and called her Tee Tee I believe and told her "I been here all day and you need to go do something else than serving anyone yet". My group of 6 just looked at this strange interruption.Tiara told us goodbye and enjoy our dinner experience with Maxine. I am not sure if she was warning us or not but Maxine inexperienced, not friendly serving self was the worst. We tipped Maxine anyways and went to the bar after we ate and had a drink with Tee Tee she invited another server name Dee Dee and they showed us a great time at this amazing establishment. Lucky we went to the bar because Tiara gave us a better outlook on the place. We will definitely be back soon. Tee Tee we will see you soon! We would give this place a five star but our food was slow & cold with Maxine being the worst server ever serving ? us! Definitely ask for Tee Tee when you go here you can thank me later.

I ordered from here when they first open and it was cool. Fast forward I ordered last week and I got a Negril jerk shrimp. It was about fiveish. The shrimp was dry and over cooked and smaller then when previously ordered. Today I tried again. I ordered earlier thinking maybe it’s fresher, not so much. Portion size was smaller this time as well. Price went up but quality went down. For over twenty dollars, I expect more. Won’t be ordering again.

I’ve been visiting Fins and Things from those days when they had someone greet you after entering and thereafter seat you. My party has always been a minimum of 2, consistently 3, sometimes 5 and when friends from out of town visit up to 10.Over time the service got worse and more worse. The food lack consistency but most times tolerable. We have always noticed the casual approach from the waitress, the slow service for both drinks and food. Late December we visited it took approximately 30 minutes for our drink order even though the restaurant was sparsely populated. On January 7th, 2 of us visited, we sat at a table 6’ from the bar in the center of the restaurant.waitress passed by several times without even acknowledging us. It took approximately 1 hour before a waitress (Chantelle) came over. As if she didn’t notice, she asked “has anyone taken your order “? No, and I’m going to vent before I place my order was my reply, without blinking an eye she just wave me off and move to the next table. We walked out NEVER TO RETURN, NEVER!! Evidently while we have been going out of our way to support black businesses it’s not appreciated. Goodbye and good riddance Fins and Things.
