Just went through drive through where an employee wouldn't honor a valid coupon I had for free iced coffee. Her exact words were systems down and I would have to pay rudely said without even a sorry. I've never been anywhere that a coupon not ringing up correctly couldn't be fixed manually.

Ridiculous.I went to order from this location and they had someone outside taking orders with no iPad or menu. If you don’t frequent Dunkin’,you’d have no idea what to order. My phone was dead.She said the machine was not working, so I asked if I could just drive up and read the menu. She tells me she can tell me what they have lol .If the machine was not working they should’ve had her standing near it so people can choose what they want.I said forget it and drove to Starbucks.

Well from the previous reviews, I understand now why my experience was bad. Went through the drive-thru and was the only car. I ordered an ice coffee with cream. I should’ve asked for one cream less because asking for it standard is either really good or really milky (bad). I asked the young lady politely if she could do me a favor and just dump a little of it out and give me a little more coffee. I only needed like an inch of space. She looked at me and said she couldn’t take it because I was touching the cup and had already drank from it. I completely understood and forgot that they changed this due to the pandemic! I told her, I understand. She was still looking at me crazy. At this point, I’m thinking are you going to fix this or are you telling me I have to drink something I’m unsatisfied with? So then I make a suggestion myself, not wanting to be wasteful—god forbid she thought to make me a new cup or some kind of resolution, right?… I asked if she could give me a sample cup of ice coffee and I could do it myself. Do you know this lady outright slammed the window, took several steps back and looked up like she had to restrain herself from cussing me out? I’m sitting there watching her do this in plain site wondering why my request of what may have been 2oz or 3oz of ice coffee that I would use to fix MY OWN coffee would have warranted such a response… like it was so egregious of me to ask for this. She returns with a cup of ice coffee and over-enthusiasticly says “here you go” like she’s mocking me. So I pulled forward to dump my ice coffee and adjust it to my liking. In truth, with that attitude, I shouldn’t have accepted anything else from her. I’m all about treating servers right because I know what it’s like PLUS I never want my food jeopardized by someone hateful.I’ve worked at Starbucks before and it takes nothing to just fix a drink. I mean I don’t understand why these people can’t do basic critical thinking. You tell someone you don’t like how a drink tastes and you get attitude for what? I never disrespected her. In fact, I asked for a “favor,” but it’s her JOB. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t understand what her issue was. She seems like a loose screw who could pop off on someone at any moment and I genuinely hope she seeks help because that response was not warranted at all.

This is NOT the location to go to if you want good customer service. Every location is different some are very friendly and will make your coffee exactly how you want it with a good attitude and make you feel welcome and wanting to come back, but then there's other locations like this one where when I ask them to add a little bit more milk (the cup wasnt full anyway) and caramel to my drink because it was too strong they gave me attitude... Next thing I know I had 3 people at the window staring at me as if I had 8 heads like it was such a catastrophe that I asked them to fix my drink.... the girl handed me some caramel in a sticky espresso cup and no napkins as if I had the ability to make my own coffee in my car And then when I was frustrated about that, she slammed the drive-through window in my face like she didn't want to deal with me anymore. According to the guy that was working there at the time said that her name was Raquel. Everybody likes their coffee a certain way and you can order the exact same thing at different locations and it'll come out different every time, but apparently Raquel has a problem with that and does not want to make her customers happy instead she wants to act ratchet and ghetto, so If you want that type of service this is your place. Plus they weren't even busy it was 4:00 in the afternoon and I was the only car in the drive-through. I'll never go back to this location I've been trying to reach the manager for 2 days they never answer the phone I'm just done with it. Like I work very hard and I spend money here because I'm always on the road and I earn my points to get that free drink and to have that type of experience and then the drink not come out how I like it is super disappointing.

This store is on my way, every day take breakfast and coffe there, but recently they have not good costumer services, sometimes it’s so long wait, not always have walk in take out, and when they have it usually more than 15min waiting even thru mobile app

Special thanks to the Fort Lauderdale manager and staff for their awesome honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my pink wallet at the store and it was recovered by a patron who handed it to the desk cashier who carefully handed it to the manager. The next day I came to see if they found it and the manager came smiling from the other room with my pink wallet. Watch an honor to to have employees that are so honest. ...now my go to place for my cAppUccIno...i like the ratio of coffee to milk...once in a while they run out of my oatmilk but I don't mind as its usually a treat and not like my morning must have coffee ?

Drove thru on May 3, 2022 about 12:35pm. Rasheeda was so pleasant. Her customer service was above and beyond.

The employees definitely don't want to be there and it shows. Unpleasant quality of food and staff. Sorry for the staff if they're in a poor environment and can't seem to smile or at least put an effort of integrity into their job and sorry for anyone who orders from them.
