Ordered a medium signature caramel craze latte,BUT they left out the most important ingredient the CARAMEL!!! It's not like my ordered was big and difficult. Just shows that the employees don't pay attention.
When I went, I ordered a very simple sandwich. My girlfriend also ordered a drink and some good. The entire time my girlfriend was ordering (after every part of her order) the human behind the counter asks very curtly, is that all, is that all, is that all? No issues here yet, it’s busy and we had to walk inside to order because the drive thru was crazy. My order ends up messed up, they won’t pick up (probably because it’s busy) so I had to travel back from my house to attempt to get a refund. They almost wouldn’t refund my entire order because I didn’t bring the other bits of food with me, so I was forced to explain that my drink is at home getting hot and my food is at home getting cold so my entire meal is ruined. At this point, the person assisting me with the refund throws my food into the garbage with vigor, and then walks away to do the refund away from where I was, without inviting me to follow along. All in all, I understand if it’s busy that mistakes can be made, but if a mistake is made and my order is only $15 bucks, just refund it the first time I ask for a refund instead of playing games with me.
Horrible DD location, manager sitting in the dining room on the phone talking extremely loud, grilled cheese and hash browns both came out burnt.Coffee was okay at least.Young lady working at the register was friendly as well.
Service was good coffee was great I have been going to Dunkin For over 40 years started in Methuen Ma.
cashed in a free local coupon n got great service.. smiles abound with 3 attendants outside in the drive thru during morning rush to cut the wait.. nice !

I go to this Dunkin every morning. The lead in the morning is always very attentive and makes sure everything is ready when I order pick up. Her name is Musa and she always provides exceptional service to me when I go. She always goes above and beyond. Even when they are extremely busy on the weekends and she is there, I’ve never had issues picking up my order or ordering in the morning. She is a great asset to this Dunkin and is one of the main reasons I continue to come to this Dunkin.
The worst! It does not matter what you order or how you order it this Dunkin’ will screw it up. I such thing as light spread. Get a half a tub of cream cheese on your bagel when you asked for light. Ask for ketchup wait for 10 minutes before the person you asked starts ignoring you. They care more about the traffic then the customers, the food is never warm it’s always cold and the list could go on. My advice keep the sandwich in the microwave for at least 60 seconds!
I go to this store almost everyday. I order the same coffee everytime. A medium iced coffee, French vanilla, cream and sugar. 90% of the time it is wrong. No flavor, no sugar, or not enough Cream. The only person that makes it right seems to be the manager. I normally go through the drive thru but have to go inside to have my coffee fixed. I can understand if there is a new employee but it's always the same people. It's not a complicated order. I like my coffee light and sweet. If I order French vanilla with cream and sugar, don't give me sugar free French vanilla. I'm tired of the incompetence of the employees working in customer service. It's not a hard job. I feel the manager should retrain her staff to learn to make coffee. I used to work for dunkin donuts back in Rhode Island in 2005. I know how to make coffee. If you'd like, I'll come show you all how to make it!
Every time I go here there will be three or four cars in front of me and they will go through the drive-through one after the other, as soon as I get to the order menu I sit there for five minutes no one responds. then I drive up to the drive-through window there’s no one there and they look surprised when they finally do show up and see me at the window this is happened to me at least nine for the last 10 mornings that I can come there I’m done with it
