Just had the worst experience at Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had I would rated a minus one star if I could they take forever to get your orders that had to say the order three times and when I got to the cashier to get my order it was the wrong one very discombobulated there they were people there yelling and screaming because they have gotten their orders wrong and they had to go home and come back I am very disappointed with the service here
I never eat in this location and today I remembered why. When I came in with my son none of the staff members greeted or acknowledged us. I waited patiently for a bit then finally went over to one of the employees to ask if I can place my order. I placed it and the employee was very nice. More people came in and I notice everyone got their order and we were still left waiting. My son was hungry and asking why everyone who came after us already had their food. I approached the counter and ask about my food. The gentleman said he must have missed it and said he will make it now. I placed my order at 10:40AM and received it at 11:05AM. It was a toasted bagel and a croissant with bacon egg and cheese. Just not the ideal experience.
Rude people work here. The order taker needs manners. Done with rude customer service. The drive thru people suck. Rude and get your order wrong. Not coming back.
Staff was lightning quick. Multitasking, taking drive thru orders and dining room. Great job guys!
This place should be closed down. I have never been treated this way in my life at an establishment. The girl at the window!! An absolute monster. I asked her 1 question (is there extra cream in that bag?) She reached over and literally grabbed the whole bag from me and slammed the window shut without giving me my food. Had to call the police on them she wouldn't give me the food or my money back. I've never in my life been treated like that and now I see on here that everyone is having the same problems as me with this place. Don't go there save your time go somewhere else.
The guys who’s was taking our Order. Look like he was hung over. The the stuff were arguing and using the f word. I will never go there again. They go my husband order wrong.
Ice coffee was great and the device was good and they were friendly
I went this morning, I order 1 small latte and the girl who was taking the order said mocha latte? I said no small latte, with an attitude she answered me THATS WHAT I SAID!!! I had to drive away and don't continue ordering there! Horrible service, that employee should be cleaning the bathrooms! Not taking orders for sure!! You need friendly employees with no attitude! I will never go back there! I rather go to Starbucks in sunrise!!!
What a horrible place, every since they changed managers. The only person good here is the main cook but when he’s not there this place is a no go. The so called Batman car manager started arguing with a customer and followed the customer outside to start a fight with him and customer was with his little daughter. Then told customer to drop his daughter off and come back to fight. I’m like am I seeing this in Dunkin’ Donuts really. Hope the owner gets the store back the way it was because it needs a big clean out
Team members have no customer service etiquette. Completely got my order WRONG ( was missing majority of my order and my drink was made incorrectly) . Idk what changed but this Dunkin’ used to be the best ! Now it’s filled with individuals who don’t care about anything and rather play around and talk to you informally (i.e. “you done ordering or what ?” ……” is that what you want ? Fine “…” pull up to the next window “ AS IM STILL TRYING TO ORDER ) This manager needs to seriously clean up their store or else they should’ve just stayed closed !!!
