Dunkin' Donuts we always enjoy love those chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles had to get our fill before we were off to the casino
This has to be the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. I walked in and asked for a pretty simple order a medium iced macchiato French vanilla sugar-free three splenda almond milk. First I get a caramel hot macchiato, second I get a ice macchiato without almond milk and sugar, and third to add insult to injury I'm left standing there for another almost 7 to 10 minutes waiting for them to address the drive-thru orders. I was going to order some donuts but when I saw the employee grab a donut with their bare hand and put it in a bag for a drive-thru order that sort of was the end all for me. Corporate should take a look at this store
I was reminded today why I avoid this location. Two stars because the drive-thru moved at a good pace. At the window, there was no hello, no thank you at close of sale. Will drive a bit further but will not return to this location. A thank you costs nothing...
The lady working the register today at 6:00am was extremely rude. When I was ordering she rushed me along even though there were no cars. When I got to the window I gave her a $100 because I didn't have anything smaller and she was visibly very annoyed and told me to go to the front. I sat at the front for damn near TEN MINUTES before saying the hell with it and going up to the drive through again. She FINALLY gave me money back and didn't even make eye contact with me much less say a simple you're welcome after I said thank you. I don't know what her problem is but someone needs to tell her to stop.
Very unprofessional, always out of something or closed way before closing time. Don’t waste your time or money.! Plenty well equipped locations in the area.I have given them 3 different chances on 3 different occasions.
Went in this afternoon through the Drive-Through lane to get some donuts. The staff was not only friendly but they were efficient and went as far as indulging my whiny pup with a “Dunk’cinno”. ? definitely recommend this location ??
Fast drive thru service and staff
The bagels here always seem to be burned which makes them overly chewy & hard. Also Idk if all Dunkins have the same recipes for drinks but this one never really hit the spot with the mixed drinks.
They did care about their drive-thru line more then the people in store but other then that it was ok
Visited DD as my local store was closed for renovation. Was greeted by a very cheerful and amicable manager who let everyone know how happy she was to have us there. Ordered the my usual coffee and the fall flavor donut - Pumpkin Donut. Delicious ?
