I waited an hour and a half for my delivery, I tried to call the number listed and was never answered. So I drove to the store to see what was up and where my food I paid for and had tipped for was. It was on a rack just getting cold. They were not busy and when I asked why I had to come get my delivery and nobody answered the phone, I got a lazy "sorry bout it". This location is less than 2 minutes from my house but I will order from one further and tip more accordingly to ovoid this location.
These are the worst workers they have here! Never answer the phones and take forever to deliver the pizzas . Just a disgrace !
Me and a buddy were watching mma and wanted pizza , ordered around 9:50-10 pm . After an hour we wondered where the pizzas were and still no show so we call, on hold for 35ish minutes for the lady to tell us Tracy was gonna be there in 5-10 min . At around 12:55 we got our 2 cold pizzas and they forgot the cheese bread but not our sauces for it ?
The store internet went down had and hour wait for 2 pizzas. Wait time was crazy. Bad service all the way around
Really impressed by the service at this location, ordered pizza at 9:08 pm and the order is still being prepared at 12:12 am the next day two hours after they closed. I’m truly inspired by this location having the to fly into Sicily and hand pick tomatos for my $7.00 pizza. I’m sure these three hours plus will be well worth the wait. Fingers crossed I don’t get charged for the airfare, since I’m sure a refund is unlikely based upon the staff’s prompt ability to answer their phone.Update 6:00 pm 6/23/2022, 21 hours after order was placed….. Starting to get a little delusional from hunger. Spent half an hour on hold to be hung up on without any communication. I’m sure my pizza is coming any minute now. Glad to make a donation to a billion dollar corporation. The franchisee must be very proud of their employees incompetence and ruining their life’s work.
Worst Dominoes around. If you order delivery, expect it NOT to arrive to your home at all! Good luck calling the store, NO ONE picks up. If you try to do carryout , you get there and your order is not ready or not even made yet. Save yourself time and trouble and find another store.
Avoid this store at all cost, they don't answer the phone and you have to drive to them for them to tell you that they don't have drivers. So not only do you waste time and energy but gas also. I will never order from this place again.
Absolutely disgusting it’s been over 2 hours and the 2 girls working there are screaming and hanging up on me. Nasty customer service nasty all the way around I do not recommend they should get fired
There was a woman in there by herself, I wish to give her credit but her name isn't on the receipt. She was amazing such a good vibe. Bless her heart because it's rare to get that kind of service. Also my pizza was delicious
I order here all the time but this time is my last. This store needs to close I ordered at 3:15 it is now 5:22 exact and no sign of them coming. I tried to call no one answered it’s going to be 3 hours since I ordered my food and I live not even 3 minutes away in driving distance. THIS STORE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN ASAP ITS HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
