Getting 3 stars for the food. The food was good, could have been a little more flavorful but overall was satisfied. The service on the other hand, HORRIBLE. We called and ordered the girl who picked up tonight had no idea what she was talking about. We asked her if they had anything that fed 4 people and she offered us the 2021 special that specifically says for 2 people. She hung up before we could ask a time of when to pick up. My sister in law finally got back through to her (the phone kept ringing like it was busy) and the girl told us it would be done in 10 minutes. We live 20 minutes away so my husband rushed out the door just to find out when he got there that the food was just put in to cook and this was already 30 mins after we ordered. She told him that since it was a big order they didn’t want to start it until he arrived but yet she never mentioned to this and just wasted more time. Not to mention, The girl at the counter had her small child at work. She was holding the child while taking orders then took the child to the kitchen with her. She even let this small child hold people’s food bags and put it on the counter for pick up. When my husband asked when the food will be done she said “I would be lying if I told you I knew” long story short my husband arrived with our food 1 hour and 20 minutes AFTER we placed our order. We ended up ordering two of those 2021 specials which the girl suggested was for 4 people and it definitely was not because 2 of them fed 4 of us. The food was good but with the long wait and poor service it was not worth the money. You guys need to do better.
The food was delicious. The staff is couretous. Love Cindy, she is super awesome.

I can't honestly say I had a good experience at this location. I'm glad it was alot quieter than the other location. The food was not tasty and the crab meat stuck the shell instead of smoothly sliding out like it supposed to. The potatoes had a really huge dirt flavor, definitely tasted unclean. And the corn we barely edible but seeing the was my first time I'm blaming it on the cooks. I can't say I've had many great experiences st Crafty Crab but this was by far ones of the worst ones I had.

Fresh food, nice staff, enough food I love this place the boom fire season is so delicious the place is very clean and I would definitely try them again. Like I always do I have been here over a 100 times I love this place my whole social media knows it I even give them shout out every time the one on sunrise is the Best crafty the managers are awesome The Cajun seasoning along with the garlic butter tasted great. I love boom fire
My first time visiting this location and my experience here was the absolute best! Shay gave me the warmest greeting and when she had time, chatted with me, because I came alone and I appreciated that to the fullest…and Taran was the absolute best! He was attentive, and very personable as well. Thank you both for a great experience. I’ll definitely be back with friends and family!
Crafty Crab ? Seafood & Bar is very nice and relaxing place to get some Satisfying Seafood entrees. Carribean atmosphere is Cool and Spacious. Staff is Attentive and Courteous! Prices are $ -$$$. ???? ??
Experience is always great here, prices are fair it’s seafood expect to spend some money. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have sat down and ordered take out, usually get the seafood platters and then add extras on to it, but honest the small platter is big enough for two of us. Their hush puppies are great as well. Seasoning is mild , but they have spicy ones available as well.
