I've never had cold chirros so I asked them to make them fresh.. to my understanding I thought they were suppose to always be warm but once they remade them they were great
Food was good, no problemo there. My problem was through the ordering process. I ordered two Tequenos and 8 sugared churros. Instead I got 4 Tequenos and no churros. When trying to figure out what had happened, and how to fix it. Neither were able to help due to a language barrier. I understand that these things happen and that it's common I don't mind that. What I do mind is when I order and have it repeated back to me and it's correct that he rings me up for the wrong things and I end up having to pay twice for an order that I assumed was correct the first time. I wouldn't be making much of a deal of it or be making a review if it didn't also happen to my sister who was with me. Same thing, ordered two Tequenos got four, and no churros.

I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this place is horrible .. I went today which wasn’t even busy.. and I placed my order…. Which was given to me cold, and with hardly any of the toppings that I asked for … like there was nothing compare to some photos people have posted in these reviews…. and on top of that I was charge more that should had been…. I didn’t even given a receipt to see how much I was being charge…. In occasions like this .. that I took my time and my money to help the business.. and I come out disappointed … reminds me why I will not buy anything from there anymore…
First time at this place. purchased guava and Nutella churros and the dough was not fully cooked. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed ?
If you've never been to a churro mania and you like churros, you have to go. They have a great selection and their churros are delicious
