Food and service were quite good. The two for $25 has been eliminated with a newer form of the 3 for$10, but entrees are priced differently, with a burger being cheapest. From now on, I would stick with the drinks that are paired with the food options or you can have a family restaurant bill that is a bit pricey. Our burgers were cooked as ordered and good, as were our chips, guacamole, and salsa. Our server was nice. The trouble is food inflation, and a dinner for two at Chili's that was reasonable but not inexpensive, and approaching what you'd spend at other family chains.
What can you say about chili's? You get what you pay for I guess? The Texas cheese fries and service was good. I don't know how chilis cooks or prepare thier food. From experience my assumption the meats seem like they are precooked and come cooked out of package before they continue and heat it up on the skillet or flat top etc. I got the chicken and steak fajitas, both the chicken and steak looked artificial and over cooked. Steak was chew and hard, and chicken was rubbery and tastless. But hey what else can you expect from chilis when your food is relatively cheap, is it reasonable to ask for quality and flavor when it's 2 for 25?
The restaurant was great! The service was very attentive and friendly and the food, as always, was delicious. I ordered the bottomless chips, salad, and soup. It is a pretty solid deal at $9, but you have to like salad and soup haha. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back in the near future
From the moment I arrived and sat at the bar, I was provided excellent service and food. The quality and portions, for the price, cannot be beat!I'll be back in 2 weeks for an additional 2 week stay, and I am sure that I'll be returning!***Later that evening, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I'd been over charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Without a second's hesitation, he apologized and instead of refunding the $2.99 overcharge, he emailed me a $10 gift card!!! This alone showed me just how much this company, and specifically this location, are all about great customer service.When I want quick, affordable, tasty food and great service, this is where I will go!!!My new GO TO Ft Lauderdale place!!!?
I’ve always loved this chill’s. My mom and I use to shop at sawgrass and go here for lunch. However, we went here on a Saturday and waited 25 minutes for seating. Got seated and didn’t get a waitress for another 25 minutes I got frustrated and left. So sad. I felt like this was one of the best chilies in my area. I made my comments to the manager as I was walking out and he just disregarded what I said like he didn’t care.
The food was good and the service was okay... The busboy spilled the chips and salsa all over my son and my husband's new sneakers. Clean up was quick and fast! They were very apologetic about the Oooooops! They was no line waiting. And besides the spill there was no problems , food was nice and hot!!! and steak was good.
Went to this Chilli's? because one week before I visited another Chilli's? , so I wanted my family to enjoy it.The problem was the second place wasn't even close to the first one I met and I got really disappointed and feeling bad of taking my family there.Our burgers were really greassy, I mean really at the point you just needed to squeeze a little to have them dropping literally oil to the plate. No juice, just greassy.Our waitress was nice, she treated us very well but anyway the service wasn't good and in fact was really slow and needed to ask for things more than once. I remark that our waitress was nice to us but final result not good. Two other employees "talked" to us but they both weren't responsive at all.The toilets (I can talk about the men's one) were nasty, not clean at all.I can say that the employees looked collapsed that day and the food ,with the exception of the French Fries, was not good at all.My experience on that Chilli's? was a total mess.

Thank you for not allowing us to eat inside the restaurant because we order to go.We ask to eat inside after order To go because it’s raining and after the order we just realize we have to eat inside the car. Thanks ! Btw they do the order wrong
