I been ordering from this store a while now ,and ever time I order its a problem π they never send my sauces I ask for ,I'm missing part of my meal it's ridiculous and I'm so sad about it.... please do better order today and missing my sandwich and sauce π« π© πͺ π’ π
Love chick fil a but lately their customer service has been lacking. Stood there over 20 minutes waiting for my mobile order as I watch a line of about 5 people order, pay, get their food and leave. Meanwhile there were 7 or so employees in the kitchen, some working, others talking and laughing as customers are there waiting. Not the best experience.
Drive thru line takes forever...not a place to go if you are in a hurry. However, staff is excellently trained and super polite. If you are socially conscious you will note that these companies cut corners by hiring young people (most still in high school) and keep them part time only. Bottom line...they are focused on their financial bottom line. One further observation...they monopolize the parking lot and it is a real hassle if you park in the front and dine inside...usually the cars (drive thru) end up blocking you.
Great food and Fast service
Amazing food, but not only that but also great customer service. I've gone inside and drive thru, and all employees everytime we're great?? however there may be too many employees working at once even too many during rush hour, but they still are organized and work efficiently.
I've been hearing about this place forever. Friends and family encouraged me over and over to try it. Well, tonight I did. It was just so-so. Really not sure what all the hype is about. Chicken sandwich was just ok, (the sliced tomatoes were the best part), waffle fries undercooked. It was just fast food, no big deal.
Service was slower than I expected but besides that everything was pretty great! I love using my rewards to get free goodies!
Food was ok, but my main complaint is the bathroom and the cleanliness of The restaurant as a whole. It was actually The most filthiest chic fil a that I have ever seen. They need to stay on top of that at this location. Photos attached
I love the food Chick-Fil-A but this location has failed me multiple times. The last 6-7 times my fries were either cold or soggy. I would usually ask for fries well done to avoid this but this is one of the locations that does not allow fries well done even though they used too long ago. My sandwich was not hot at all a few times as if it was there spitting for sometime. I usually avoid this location and drive the extra miles.
I come here several times a week whwre her itβs breakfast lunch or dinner. This morning they made a mistake and gave me the wrong pick up order. Initially I was frustrated because I drive 15 mins to get here from work and didnβt notice the order was wrong until I got back to work. However, as a arrives back at the restaraunt, the manager Diana was extremely helpful and nice. Not only did she give me a free chicken sandwich but I was also given two gift cards and later was given a free chicken bowl on the app.I really love this place and their customer service is exceptional. Will continue to come back to this store over and over. Thank you very much you guys have a great team!
