Outside menu board is WRONG, all the prices are 20 cents cheaper than what they charge you!! Excuse is: that’s what the register is programmed to charge! We can’t change it. Been that way for months.I have called them out on it many times.
People with negative attitude at this store. How do you sell a burger like this and get upset at the customer for bringing it back. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup in the bag. Don't go to work if you can't make it a good day for the people around you and the ones who expect ok service. It's a burger king not fine dining but you're not feeding dogs either.
Awfully slow service sat forever and drive through without anyone acknowledge then they couldn't get my order right absolutely ridiculous what a waste of time. Lost my business for the future see ya, Hire more confidence staff, pay attention to the details and train better because the service is what pushed me away from being a further customer. Franchise owner should be fired and have his contract pulled with a penalty this is terrible Burger King is losing clientele because this franchise can't operate correctly
It is the WORSE that I be ever received in my life. I was at the drive thru and after 29 minutes parked, me and the other persons in line had to walked out from cars and see what was happening in the store. After that, rude actitudes towards the customers, non sense delays on the food….Last time in this store and probably in Burger King
Not a frequent visitor of Burger King. But the recent visit, the drive-through took almost 10 minutes, bit too long, just for a sandwich. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and food/service was okay.
The dining room is close. And they're saying they don't accept coupons. No one's liable for my gas money and time. That's how you lose business
The worse service in awhile, just messed-up my order, have to go back and they seemed not to care. That was the second time in week that I got messed-up with this one BK, just not a good one.
Drive thru was horrible. They didn't seem to have there act together at all. Took along time to get my order and after driving away found out my drink was flat.
Cleaner than most and the food is good. But like any Burger King, it seems to be mismanaged and the wait times are terrible ESPECIALLY if you're dining in.Priority is given to the drive through. But most drive through customers still have to pull forward and park.This would never happen at a McDonald's but it's too common for Burger King
Horrible service. Arrived at 9:30 pm, workers still in Burger King, lights to the drive thru still on, yet nobody would answer. Pulled up to the window, honked, and still nobody would come up to the window. It says on the signs that they close at 12:00 am....If they are closed early, then just say it. Acknowledge that a customer is waiting outside a burger king in what appears to be open and let them know that you are no longer taking orders. Don't just ignore them.
