Locations mobile order was down, which I didn’t mind. What didn’t make sense to me is that they were still charging people through it, and the guy kind of snapped at me when I said I was already charged. I worked previously in fast food so I know you can contact SOS and turn off your mobile ordering completely. Gentlemen said the money would go back on the card automatically, but I just ended up emailing customer service so I would receive it. The food wasn’t really fresh onion rings were lukewarm. Also ordered the impossible whopper, which was ok. It was burnt a little, but still good.
One of my favorite fast food chains, since I was a kid. The modern state of customer service could use improvement, but I stick with them for the nostalgia.
I drove up from Miami to Broward and pick up my granddaughter from school on the way to drop her home,I stopped by Burger King on Commercial, drove though the drive thur, Ihad the pleasure of being greeted by the drive thur cashier, He was so pleasant , with a warm smile ? very professional . He was dressed neatly proud to wear his uniform….. I wanted to mention him because there is so many times that we complain, never take the time to give a compliment ….to a person that was well deserved . It is my hope that Burger King sees this post and give him a pat on the back as he represented them proudly good job to him…..
New Management Has Really Improved Restaurant Performance. I place my orders on the app and it's ready for me when I get there. Love the prompt service and of course I love the Whopper. Long Live Burger King !
Overall the food is okay but what impacts me most is the customer service in Burger King. I informed them that my wife is pregnant and can't eat onions and it appears that my comment was disregarded. Therefore to avoid additional bad experience, I will no longer be buying food from this location.
Very bad experience at this Burger King today for dinner. I presented a coupon and the cashier had problems putting the code in. The manager comes over and said it was expired. I looked on my wallet and found one that was not expired with the same bk code. Manager said it was still no good and walked away. So I did the same and will not ever return to this location. I have eaten breakfast at this location at least 50 times and never had a problem and previously rated it 5 star. Bye, bye Burger King :(
I made a mobile order at 10:56pm and did not receive my order. I sat in the Driver through for 20 minutes with cars behind me. This location was open and alright were on but they refuses to make any orders. They closed earlier than iterating hours which are until 12am
It's 10pm and so far this was the place best I have ever had fries and chicken sandwich. Rest of the burger king the food is soaked with oil or either it smells the reused oil. I started hating burger king and today I thought let me go other place and see.. but I am so happy with the hospitality and the food.thank you. This place deserves more than 5 ?
I’m not taking my chances to ever order chicken nuggets from this location again. The chicken nuggets taste like old cooking oil and pounded down with ALOT OF SALT! Bleehhhh! I literally felt like I died a little inside eating one nugget. This location and the one in Hollywood. ?I wonder if the fryers are drained properly from the cooking oil. ?
