If it wasn't for GREAT customer service the tall, thin, blonde hair, young man, I would have returned the food... my chicken nuggets were squishy and smelled like fish, though the fries were fresh, the burger had more onions than it had lettuce. But the worse part was the wait....18 minutes 37 seconds... YES!!!....18 minutes 37 seconds.

Im a customer of this store for 20 years. Unfortunately today was the last time, at least until they change their noon crew. This girl, bad attitude, texting and yelling all the time, at least she could take the orders right but no, last three times took the wrong orders and she blame it on me. I wont waste my time calling to main offices, but i can wait and see how another burguer king branch closes it doors. Good luck!

Food was not edible, onions rings so hard could not bite into them, chicken sandwich horrible, chicken overcooked and bread hard. Attempted to call, no one picks up and mailbox full.

The worst BK in SoFlo. Cold fries , onion rings looks like they were fried Funyuns! Entire staff couldn’t make jello to save them! Jetta has a major attitude that’s gonna get her into trouble with the wrong person. Steer clear from this place. Let’s see what corporate has to say.

Caught manager telling employee that "women aren't built that way". Asked them to wear gloves while handling the fries and the response was to leave and never come back. Called corporate, they keep saying to give them 5-10 more business days every time I call. Gave up on waiting.*update: 30 days after submitting the case, BK says that there is nothing they can do as they are "customer service" and the restaurant refuses to answer the emails from corporate.

This review has nothing to do with the food nor the wait time. This review is about the girl working the drive thur today. She messed up my whole order and when I drove up again to tell her she was rude and snatched the receipt out of my hand on top of that she was texting while her boss was trying to figure out the refund. she was extremely rude. Honestly think she was high or something because my order was so messed up she added things that had nothing to do with my order. I understand there’s a staffing shortage but texting while your superior is trying fix your mess. So Disrespectful!!

Service was horrible we waited in the Drive-Thru line for a while and once we got our food the sandwich was okay but the fries were disgusting and the workers didn't really say anything to us the whole time we were sitting in the Drive-Thru window didn't even acknowledge that we were there and that it was taking a long time

My husband and kids love the whoppers and frozen Icees at Burger King!

The staff at this location are extremely rude and management is very very poor. I once had a “shift leader” catch a disgusting attitude after she got my order wrong. Morning cashier and afternoon cashiers always have slick comments to make. Especially Lisa. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and eat elsewhere

Came in just for a drink and some fries to go and the crew here was super friendly. I've been to a few burger kings in the area and this one has the better staff BY FARR..
