Completely disregarding their own mistake of providing me a pastry that was not consumable. I was treated without importance and quickly disregarded as I was just trying to get a pastry that I was at least able to bite into. I was also never given the option to return the pastry and get my money back even after I asked. In this industry it is important that a business is responsible enough to give food that is safe for the consumer to eat. This was very unprofessional and unsanitary from their part and it is not acceptable from any business especially in the food industry. I personally will not be returning after this horrible customer experience and do not recommend to anyone.
