I love the Roast Beef sandwiches but all Arbys are about the same. Still I got good service and the staff was excellent.
Good ol Arby's is always great foe their curly fries. This particular location adds on smiles and great service and that makes all the difference!
I ordered specialty burger, that didn't taste any differen from a regular burger. I ordered curly fries that turned out to be3/4 regular fries. The orange shake with wipped cream was delicious.
The sandwich was ok the roast beef sub.. but the fries where overcooked and the dip was cold. The girl CSR was ok ?
Tried the pecan chicken salad. Was not a great experience. My mom loved her sandwich.
Drive thru order took 7 minutes. Still missing items in order. Bag was handed to me without any apology for wait, no have a nice night, nothing at all. I went in for missing item. It was placed on counter, I said thank you, and employee turned and walked away. Employees are unfriendly, unprofessional, slow moving and I won't go back to this location. Roast beef is not rare as in ads. It is dry and brown. Inedible.
The portion of cheese on the beef and cheddar is incredibly lacking like its not even on there. I don't understand. Is there an embargo on liquid cheese ? So what do I do? I order a side as well. So I get a side of cheese and none on my sandwich. This happens every time and I'm done with arbys. It's not a super difficult request. I'll never be back. Rememlber. These are the people who think they deserve 20$ an hour yet getting an order half correct is like splitting nuclear atoms apparently.
The food at Arby's is always great. The Taste of the roast beef is very good and has just the right tenderness. It is moist and soft, just as it should be. I'm not a fan of the specialty sandwiches, but I can't resist coming back here because the roast beef is so good. They also have a wide variety of side dishes that you can't find most fast food restaurants. The service is always very quick and the lines are never long, which is great for customers, but I'm not too sure it's good for business.
Chicken sandwich was blah, smaller than the bread...for a business that advertises "we got the meats" chicken is definitely not the meat they have because the chicken strips were super battered. The gyro was good. Fries were cold and they had run out of syrup for the soda machine and we just got soda water...nasty lol.
The store is pretty old, seats are very uncomfortable and the floor is greasy. The drive thru is fast though, and the food is also good, take away is the best option.
