Stop on our 2 hour drive back home. Food was good. Drive thru person that handed us our food was rude and practically thru the food at me and didn't say a word. I abruptly said thank you after I bare grabbed the food. Wendy's doesnt seem to ask if you want condiments any longer. I guess that is a way to save money and hire people who really dont want to work. Walked back inside to get them.

They are terrific and finally have the real straws back.keep up the great service ladies

Without any reasons why there was a sign on the front door saying why be closed at 1 p.m. today.

These people that work here are lazy and rude. Don’t try to ask them to do anything above and beyond because they don’t care and give you an attitude

The quality of the food wasn't the best. It was not hot. They had trouble taking my order.

Bad experience, half the workers weren’t working the workers were arguing with each other over a headset in the bathroom the building has a weird smell and did not look clean or appetizing needs new management.

Food is decent, but you don't know if you will be here for 5 minutes or 20 waiting for it.

Ridiculously poor service. Asked what was included in one of the meal deals posted on the outside window (but not advertised anywhere inside) and rather than answer, the guy at the counter just rang it up. When I explained that I was just asking what the meal included I was told “it’s a small patty”. I then asked if it comes with fries, and again the answer was “yes”. Upon leaving I discovered that it also included a 4-piece nuggets and a drink, but apparently I didn’t ask about those particular items. I ordered something else. My wife ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. When it came, there was no sour cream included so she went back to the counter to get some…..and was told that they were out of sour cream. She said “don’t you think that would be a good thing to mention when someone orders it?” He answered “yes”. Ketchup dispenser was empty so I had to go ask for packets. At that point the guy at the counter said “we close” and locked the doors. What the hell?? And there were only four customers dining inside.It’s fast food so my expectations aren’t real high to begin with, but this was really a poor customer experience.

The food was spectacular! Fresh hot and very quick we ate inside , due to needing a stretch from our travels. ..... the kind gentleman taking our order was so sweet and asking if we would like to try oven baked fries instead of the regular because they were healthier ... I thought that to be a very generous offer!HOW EVER..... there was a older lady running all over the place and yelling at him for every mistake. I understand correcting employees is very crucial but she was blasting out her remarks and putting the guy on spot in front of the whole crowd! She has zero respect for her coworker and that made the whole meal go sour. She was rude errogant and just cruel. Watching supplies and saying to the kind guy that him giving larger cups with the frosty is why they don't have money.If you want dinner and a show it's a perfect spot.Also while we were leaving She was going at it with another customer over a coupon code and another younger gentleman waiting in line walked out saying it was a disgrace and he wasn't standing around to watch this mistreatment
