The fish and carne asada tacos were tasty. The chicken was bland. The amount of protein was sparse. They mixed up my togo order, although I asked to verify. But it wasn't until I got back to the hotel and bit into it. That I noticed my shrimp taco was missing and instead got the unflavorful chicken.
prices are a bit high for simple food.
Best authentic food in town. So amazing
Well it started off good ...We went in I ordered a modelo..they brought over chips which were okay ..but the grease was old so the were not light and golden brown...We ordered 2 al pastor and to barbacoa tacos harina (flour)..great.. for the the entree we ordered mix fajitas that were disgusting and they were in tomato paste or something..so we decided to send them back however they told me that we would have to pay half because we didn't like them and they had to use thei
Super authentic. You'll have an easier time ordering in Spanish for sure but they will definitely still serve you even if you don't speak Spanish. The fruit drinks (Aguas frescas I think) are really good, I had a strawberry one. And some very fresh tasting street tacos, I love when they're falling apart with lettuce and cilantro falling out the sides.
Food is good. Drinks are minimal. Service is fast and efficient.
This place used to be sooo good. The meat on my tacos were so salty I didn’t even finish it, usually I’d be trying to get every last piece. This place is super expensive, for no reason. I remember getting the quesadillas and it being the best thing in the world, now it’s just plain chicken and cheese. Please go to taco truck or Tamaulipas restaurant if you want better tasting food.
Just great fresh food! Very authentic!
My partner really liked it but a restaurant that can’t take the time to put what you want on a taco is not for me personally. I couldn’t even eat my tacos.
