These guys are doing it RIGHT, and you can taste the Love.Don't skip over this place... it's a Gem!!(Excellent service, fresh CLEAN setting, and amazing food... all with reasonable prices and smiling faces! There's something for everyone here.)
I took my friend last night. The salad bar was well stocked and had a nice selection. It wasn't just cheap items to fill the slots. They even had ue cheese crumbles. The soup was amazing. The brisket was a huge hit at our table. The service was perfect. Our server Jen checked on us as well as any employee walking by our table. 5 star rating from our party. We will return.
Today we received the best attention and service from Sabrina. The food was great; hot, with flavor and no long waiting time. I really recommend this place. It is very rare to see a combination of a great food and service. This place have it all. We are coming back to see Sabrina smiley face and enjoy really good food!
Service was so welcoming and warm. They gave us the impression they appreciated us being there. We had an appetizer, a main course, and desert. All were so good. The turkey and pork were very tasty. Apparently their brisket is quite popular as they were sold out and it would have been a while till more was ready. (Side note: my spouse was able to get some brisket between our visit and this writing. She said it was worth the wait.) We will be back and have already started recommending to others.
Although the menu is kind of small, the food is fantastic. Went for lunch on a Sunday and there was no wait. Had the 1/2 chicken with sliced pork with mac n' cheese and coleslaw.
First timers. Food was so very good. Service was impressive. Full bar with a pleasant bar tender. Patrons we met are regulars. I think we found our barbeque spot! Looking forward to our next meal. Make sure you come hungry!! The peach cobbler was not disappointing. The desserts are freshly made everyday. I'm sold on this place!
Used to be called Bono's same owner/ management. I know because I asked. Brisket sandwich ?A fancy chicken breast sandwich ? and large enough to split with someone.Mac & cheese... first off portion is large and delish.Recommend to get dessert. When they were called Bono's years ago they very kindly fed a family of 6 who didn't have food and they didn't ask any questions. So on top of delicious food they have a good heart.
My number one test for BBQ is the brisket. Is it even available, how tender is it, how much fat is in it, and ultimately flavor. Well, they passed all tests including the great taste. I also had a side of coleslaw and grits which were also excellent.
This was a really nice surprise. We ate here a lot when it was Bono's, and really didn't know what to expect I'm not going to from the new shop. The meals were awesome I am happy to report. The Martin County's finest beef short ribs were the bomb! Brisket was juicy and flavorful with a good crisp. Pulled pork was flavorful and plentiful...10/10 and will be frequenting in the future! Bravo!
