I go through this drivethru A LOT. An embarrassing amount. Often times, this location is out of essential supplies/ingredients… times are tough, I move along… Today, I ordered a venti drink. I was told they were out of venti and grande cups and only had tall. I asked if they could fulfill the order with my own cup. I was told no. So, I walked into the lobby, purchased a new cup for $20 and placed my order again. I mentioned that another customer had a trenta cup and voiced confusion about how a venti drink couldn’t be placed in a trenta cup. The person fulfilling my order inside agreed that the drive the person should’ve done that as it is standard policy. (Would’ve saved me $20.) I ended up purchasing extra washable straws at the counter bc BRANDON who handle the situation beautifully changed my mood entirely. Almost $40 later and I had my drink, a new cup and some extra straws. While Brandon ensured my order was fulfilled, the young lady who initially refused the order made a fuss about fulfilling the order again. A very simple, standard order… as someone who has worked customer service, particularly in food and beverage in a multitude of positions, I’m not sure what was so confusing for this particular young lady (especially since a more knowledgeable and accommodating employee had already taken over the order.) Please trust my tone wasn’t one of aggression or in “Karen” fashion. I am more than understanding when it comes to the hardships endured by all who work with the public and in food service. But if the owner of this franchise is reading: Brandon is exceptional and earned you extra money in the drawer tonight. Perhaps speak to other employees about acceptable ways to accommodate customers’ orders (like putting a venti drink in a trenta cup when necessary.) Additionally, I know supply issues are a problem for a lot of businesses… nothing but understanding here but keep your employees up to speed so they can avoid being yelled at by less understanding customers and have the confidence to fulfill orders. Thank you again, Brandon.Other issues: slow service. Close during random hours without notice. Constantly out of essential supplies and ingredients. If the owner of this location can’t afford a business, close. Best of luck on your next endeavor.
Certainly the worst Starbucks I have ever been at nationally and internationally!!!Dirty, employees screaming and having fun in the back instead of helping customers. It took 15mn to get my drink!
the coffee was good at one point. but as time went on, the coffee got worse and worse. the espresso started tasting old or burnt. the regular coffee was just not up to par. then i was like, okay well i still like the frappuchinos (aka glorified milkshakes). as of today, NOPE!! cant have that either. the past two times i went half of my "drink" was whipped cream. almost 6$ for whipped cream and then little actual frappuchino in comparison to what i paid for it. if the place was cheap maybe id be okay with this, but its not. not only that, i tried to use rewards and they said it was too late for that. then a minute later, they let the guy after me scan. SERIOUSLY?? after i use the rest of my stars im never coming back. this place is garbage, go to dunkin (or an actual good coffee shop) and save your second kidney. :)
The baristas at the location on us 1 in Stuart are really great, and work hard to make really delicious snacks and coffee drinks.
I Love this location! Sopheria, Loren, Padro, Casper, Cheyenne are just a few of the Awesome employees who all go way above the average to perfect my order! We Love them!
The employees were sufficiently nice, but the place was very dirty and disorganized. Napkin dispensers were empty, stacks of boxes in the middle of the restaurant, tables were dirty, standing water on the floor from a spill, patio furniture was dirty... Not my favorite Starbucks to visit.
Service with a smile. Candy was so attentive to our needs. Prompt to help us get exactly what we needed. There was (unfortunately) something going with on of 5he staff members that they felt free to speak of upfront in front of patrons. Though it seemed important this person talked about what was going on, it felt slighty inappropriate and quite frankly unnecessary and unprofessional to do so infant of customers. I cone to Starbucks to get away from all of that. Professionalism above all. Candy deserved recognition though. Good job ???
The staff is very nice, however every time I have been to this location, they are poorly stocked. They rarely have milk substitutes, toppings, or necessary ingredients for their drinks. Additionally, they have a poor selection of Starbucks merchandise. I literally have to travel an extra 4 miles just to go to the Starbucks down the road that is actually well-stocked and well-managed.
Probably the friendliest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. Despite a ton of people both inside and in the drive through, I was in and out with all three of my drinks and food in about 5 minutes.
Really disappointed with the my first tonight. I ordered a grande vanilla latte and paid $6 and change. The guy working the drive thru then gives me a vanilla Iced coffee and i don't notice till I'm back home. The drink wasn't for me but I'm still not happy with paying over 7 dollars (when you include the dollar tip i gave) for an incorrect order.
