Tarbenders were awesome, drinks were tasty and Taco Tuesday was kick-ass!!! ??
Unbelievable! It was 1204 and they open at 12. Three of them were just standing there and would not let us in just order a beer. There were two of us. Three of them just standing there, stating “there’s not enough staff.” Are you kidding me?? What the hell kind of place are you running? So we came over to Duffys and dropped 100 bucks. Thanks. Their food was great. ?Love the atmosphere and the music when someone is playing, but horrible service and very poor management!!
Popped in during the week way back in late October. Great beer and drinks, plus playoff baseball and live music! With great weather outdoors it was a perfect night on the long trip back home. Will return if I’m back in Stuart.
Took a high top table near the bar inside around 7:30pm. Sat for over 15 min. Before we were acknowledged for a drink order. Placed our drink order. Was never offered a menu. Had to get one off one of the tables elsewhere. Flagged a server 20 Min. Later to place a food order from a different bartender/server. Food came out over 25 min later and was wrong!! Tried to get the server attention and was acknowledged when she saw my husband’s beer glass empty. Told her the order was wrong and she said she would be back. Never came Back!! Had to flag someone down for the check. No excuse for ignored poor service!! Place was not crowded. Staff was not friendly at all! Just a bad vibe all around. Was our anniversary weekend and planned on bar hopping. Will not be hopping back here again. Would not recommend to anyone. If you’re looking for maybe a 1 drink casual sit..maybe this is the place but definitely not a friendly feel. Table behind us had same experience and asked if it was them or the service!
Very friendly staff and excellent service. The food a normal pub type menu. We had the pear and arugula flat bread and it was tasty.
My wife and I went to Sneaky Tiki on a Wednesday night to celebrate some good news. We were seated within a reasonable time frame and the waiter brought our drink orders without incident. Then he took our food orders, which were pretty simple. (My wife ordered shrimp and a wedge salad; I ordered a "Jamaican" club sandwich.) Our first hint of trouble came a few minutes later, when a manager (we guess) stopped by our table, said he was training some new people, and asked us to repeat our orders to make sure they were right. We gave him that information and waited....and waited...and waited. It took more than an hour for them to bring out my wife's wedge salad. I had no idea quartering a wedge of lettuce could be so challenging. We were about to give up on the rest of our order when the shrimp arrived. These were raw shrimp with cocktail sauce, not part of some fancy dish that would have required a long prep time. My wife went up to ask for our check, which is when my sandwich finally arrived. (Funny how the timing worked.) I don't know what was "Jamaican" about the sandwich. It looked and tasted like a regular club sandwich to me. Nothing at all special. The manager did voluntarily take 20 percent off our bill, which in my view, was about one-fifth of what he should have offered. Needless to say, we won't be back. There are too many good dining options in Stuart to risk another experience like that one.
I’d give less than one star if I could…No silverware when we were sat.His second drink had no cherries/orange/etc.Food took forever, and then she comes out and says, “we’re waiting on your wings, but everything else is ready.” We never ordered wings. Then we get our food, still no silverware. His fish sandwich was literally a piece of fish, on bread. That’s it. No lettuce, tartar sauce, etc.My wrap had tomato in it (when I asked for no tomato) and the chicken was so over cooked, it was .. not chewable. Then I had to ask for the food to be taken off the bill, and the check to pay for our drinks 4 times. We will never return.
Three hours to finish service. Our food for 6 people took one hour and thirty minutes and only three dishes, the other 3 took one more hour and the ladies took the food home. The waitress was alone and did not look interested in helping. All the other people had the same problem and left without eating. It was traumatic experience we had.The manager tried to help, but he was also lost!
We visited Sneaki Tiki after golfing in Hobe Sound. There were no restaurants open in Hope Sound on a Monday and we were glad to find this restaurant. There was a happy hour on well drinks and beer and the apps were excellent. We had the flat bread pizza with arugula and pears and one with pulled pork, chicken wings, and Thai chicken bites. All the food was very good and a step up from "bar food". The waitress was wonderful. The bar is totally outside which was great. Highly recommend.
Great little bar/restaurant with a great staff. They were out of the Ribs & Brisket, but had some great fresh Mahi Mahi! Add in a great grilled Brioche bun and you have a killer Fish Sandwich! The Fries rocked also. Cheers! JMAC
