Ordered online and somehow it got delivered by DD. Well the driver delivered the pizza to a wrong location.. The manager John Luke was very quick to remake my order and give me a full refund for the mistake. He also made sure to personally deliver my order and brought a bunch of extra freebies as a nice gesture. The food was literally the best we've had recently and I greatly appreciate him taking the time to make it right.
Boneless wings too much breading and too hard. Choc chip cookie edges too hard. Pizza good, mushrooms overcooked. Good crust, needed more cheese.
Food with nice and hot when it got here very delicious and fresh and the delivery girl was very nice when you have employees that are not very friendly, kind of puts a damper on your mood.
THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS A GREAT FRINDLY PLACE,,,IT IS THE ONLY PLACE I GET MY PIZZA,,,LOVE THE STAFF AND THE FOOD,,,
When we received our pizza, it was cold. It should always arrive hot. We love Pizza Hut, but we were disappointed with our local service this time.
I specifically ordered delivery so that the pie would come in a red insulated box and kept warm. Instead the "door dash" driver showed up with just the carboard box and it was probably his last stop. Pie was cold and being that i was taking this to my dad in the nursing home, we had no means to re-heat it. Thru most of it out. Nothing worse than cold pizza, well, maybe warm beer.
There was no seasoning on my breadsticks. And I requested seasoned crust. Missing as well. Pizza was still good.
Our pizza was horribly. It was cold, over cooked and had little sauce on it.
Horrible store and customer service. Waited for 2 and half hours for my order. Called the store to check on the status and was told my order is on it’s way. Never got my order delivered and when I called back they were very unprofessional and told me that they canceled my order. Will never order from them again!!
We had a large Pep and bread sticks, the pizza was delicious. We all need to remember that food service workers are being over worked like most other industries due to people being out sick. Try to remember that everyone is doing their best and attitude is everything. Remember to check your order, and if something isn't correct, be polite and respectful. They will try to make it right, just remember - it's food.
