Let me tell you, what a great spot. We ordered pick up tonight and we were told they only had one worker in the building plus the delivery guy so it would be about an hour. I was fine with that, I was in no rush, went to pick the food up about an hour after ordering, Jeff kindly asked me to wait about 10-15 mins due to him working on my order as I was walking in. Needless to say, I left with hot food and Jeff was given a nice tip for the job well done! Thank you Jeff!! You the man bro
Ordered one pizza at 10:20 pm. It is now midnight and I still haven't received my pizza. When I order from Domino's, it is here within a half hour. The Papa John's and Domino's are in the same plaza. Papa John's is trash! Just received their pizza and it was cold and gross. I'm sticking to Domino's Pizza. Can't believe Shaq bought into this trashy and racist franchise. What a shame!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Placed an order for delivery at 5:00pm, credit card was charged, by 6:00pm still wasn’t delivered. Called the store and the order was cancelled by a “glitch in the system”. The Store manager placed a new rush order for delivery, credit card was charged again. By 7:15 still hadn’t received the order. Drove to the store, waited for 10 minutes because their service was terrible. Spoke to the Manager, in person, and NEITHER order had been fixed. Needless to say NOT HAPPY! Will NEVER order from here again.
I've ordered twice from this local Papa Johns and both times the pizza was absolutely horrible. The first time I ordered it came half thin crust and extremely burnt on the thin crust half, the other side had so much sauce on it but looked normal, idk how you take that out of the oven and decide to put it in a box, what's wrong with you? Who hired you?The second time (just now) I ordered a pizza and was waiting for it to come, decided to open my door so and there's my pizza, sitting ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO MY DOOR? Hello? Knock please? Who told you to leave it on the floor because I didn't. Who told you to leave it without even knocking, what if I didn't open the door? There was ZERO notification that there was even a pizza delivered there. To top it off, apart from being cold it was cut 14 times and, and here's the best part. The genius who cut it didn't even cut it the whole way through either. And I asked for light sauce and got a LOT of sauce. Who works here, seriously? How did you get employed? $20 for a pizza that was just thrown together without any care whatsoever. Little Caesars isn't even that bad. I'm never ordering from this Papa Johns again. I hope nobody else has these issues.

horrible service, ordered one medium pizza and it was set to be delivered 2 hours from when I ordered it. called to cancel it just to be put on hold for 10 minutes.
First I got the wrong pizza then they told me they were going to replace the pizza 2 hours later they said they were waiting on a driver and now as of this comment still no pizza

11/7/21 there was a guy working this afternoon and he was running the whole place by himself and he did not have any help but he did a great job on his own thank you so much for making a great food and bring it outside to me while doing everything
After our address was verified in their delivery zone, we place our order for delivery over the phone.. They charged our credit card and then called us 45 minutes later and said they didn’t want to deliver that far. 4 miles away. Terribly unprofessional. I will never order with this company again.
