I'm on the coffee club. I've been told twice that decaf coffee stops being brewed at 2PM. The whole point of decaf is that you can sleep after drinking it, so, if anything, more decaf should be brewed on the evening. Typically, the coffee is all removed by 8PM, as well as creamers. Tonight, it took another 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee.So, my suggestion is keep to decaf brewed and available until closing, along with creamers.
My food was good has cream of broccoli soup and a sandwich turkey and cheese and then when I went back to get some dessert the girl at the first register to the aisle saw me waiting there to ask the question about the desert and I had been there before the other two people she took and so I finally just walked out because she took two people ahead of me and I had been standing there standing there and other than that it was great place but they need a little better system on telling their employees to help first person that's really their first
I ordered rapid pick up and received my order timely, but it was missing both coffees. Got the cups and proceeded to fill the coffees only to find no Hazulnut blend, no cream or 2 %, no milk products at all, and had to ask several times for it to be refilled. On mornings when Karen isn't there, the place goes downhill.
I got my bread there because is amazing is delicious and doesn't taste like quimics perfect for sandwiches
Its OK. I like Panera but compared to other ones I have been to out of town they are a bit slower here and not as friendly to customers.It would be nice to see them change up the menu more.
I have been to this location several times and the most recent time will probably be my last. I do know what the problem is at this location. I have been to other locations and do not have a problem. This location gives you mostly bread instead of a sandwich. For the money you are paying it's not worth it. If I wanted some slices of good bread I can go to publix. So not happy with this location. From the pics you can see what actually had chicken salad on it
Prices are a bit on the higher end. But portions seem to be a bit bigger lately. Food and drink are still fresh and quality.
After ordering online and being notified my order was ready for pickup I found the pickup shelf was empty. So I asked the employee behind the counter standing in front of several bagged orders. I was instructed to go back to the empty pickup shelf. A couple minutes later she brought the bags and I took my order. I could have lived with the unfriendly service but is this really how you slice bagels?
Ordered half an Avocado Turkey BLT and it had NO bacon. My lettuce was all over the place and had to fix it. I know people have bad days but not even a hi, thank you or have a nice day I got from the curbside girl.
Always good. Fresh salads and hot soup with room for a yummy dessert.
