Food and Service is always good, but went in for lunch today and noticed the carpet was very dirty and underneath the tables hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks
I went with my husband to Panera Bread on Federal Highway yesterday at 5:30pm which is normally a good experience.Ordered soup and coffee and the decaffeinated coffee was Cold. Advised staff and they said they don't replenish the decaffeinated coffee after 2pm. I guess they should advise customers Before they order it. Just an FYI.
My last straw with this Resturant…..I just stopped by Panera in Stuart and I have had several issues in the past with this place, but after tonight I will never go back! The drive-through is closed so I go inside to order. I wait in line for a while, get up to the cashier and order, then she tells me “We are not accepting cash.”! No explanation, nothing……just no cash!!! WHO DOESN'T TAKE CASH? IT’S CASH!!! All I had was cash, so I left without dinner for my sick daughter. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I can understand not taking cards, machines go down, I get it! But no cash? The register was working fine, I saw her take 3 other orders, before it was my turn! We’ll long story short, I will not ever go back to that place or any other Panera. It’s always something with this location and I’ve had it!!!
Customer service is so bad. Wrong dressing came with asian sesame chicken salad. I didn't realize it until I got home. Called Panera and they didn't acknowledge the problem nor did they offer a solution. They acted like it wasn't possible and yet they have 3 different types of vinagrettes and YES YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PUT THE WRONG ONE ON THE SIDE leaving me with something that tasted more like a greek salad than a thai salad. I called on the phone and I was nice about it because mistakes happen. But for the employee on the phone to respond first as though it couldn't possibly happen and then to not offer any time of recompense for my ruined salad was unprofessional. I really want to like this place but - for what they charge - they really need to get the customer service figured out.
Rapid pickup order was incorrect and cold; however, the staff did fix our order. Clean restaurant and not too busy for a Saturday morning
Went in tonight at about 7/7:30 through the drive thru only to see someone packing up food with no gloves on and proceed to pick up their cell phone and continue to package food. I’m almost positive that’s a health code violation and I hope the management at that store does something about it. Gross.
Not much meat on any sandwich we ordered. Brocolli cheese soup was good though . Good chicken salad, just not very much of.it
We usually do pick up order and usually everytime something is missing. But most recently when we went they didn't have the coffee made so I requested it to be made and after that was done we left. After getting gone the coffee was off? It tasted like it has spoiled. And the bacon egg and cheese had no bacon but 2 eggs? Just think that's a bit ridiculous but the food still good when you get it so 2 stars
I can’t speak for the inside but the drive thru was quick and efficient! I ordered the bbq chicken sandwich with chips and a drink. The sandwich was delicious. Love the huge outdoor seating, it was relaxing and breezy.
Still come here but the experience isn't consistent. Some visits it is a 5 star visit, sometimes its a 3 star visit.Food is good and serivce is generally good-but there are too many times when an order just takes too long-or your employees aren't paying attention to customers.
