THEY ARE NOT A 24-HR DRIVE THRU. THEIR POSTED HOURS ARE A LIE!!!!! THEY MIGHT WORK, THEY MIGHT NOT. YOU NEVER KNOW.Over the last year this location has gotten worse and worse. HATEFUL attitude by workers. Won't take food orders. Supposed to be 24-hr drive thru and won't respond when you pull up. Don't waste time or money here!!!!!
No personal ordering, all ordering done at computerized kiosks in lobby. Many people left in frustration due to lack of instruction on screen. We finally got our order placed and were served by only employee we saw. My sausage McMuffin was cold and dry, like it was left over from day before. Had almost no taste. Hashbrown patty was very good, but it's hard to mess up a combination of potatoes, lard and salt.Don't think we'll visit this facility again....
This is the third time I have been to this place. I would like to call it fast food and while I moved they the line fairly decently, I was asked to pull up and wait roughly 10 minutes each time for my food. Not real fast. If I was ordering $30-40 with I could see it. But it was two McMuffin sandwiches and just one hash brown, before that a combo plus some chicken nuggets the time before that was a double quarter meal which they forgot the double on the burger. And I had to wait several minutes each time. I called about the burger when I got home and saw it. But it looks like fast food isn't so fast any more. I guess $15 per hour hasn't improved the service quality any.
Must order at kiosk... staff never told us, a customer did. Then per kiosk take the number tent and food will be brought to table... after about 10 minutes went to swe what was going on with food. They say a few minutes longer. Sat back down, called our number for us to go get food... unlike what the kiosk said... staff was kin of rude
People like this should lose their franchise. They advertise as open 24 hours, leave their lights on all night, but you pull up to the drive-thru and sit there for 5 minutes before you realize there's nobody in the place. At least have the decency to turn your lights off. This is why these people work at McDonald's
This McDonald's is the worst they took forever to give me my order. They also gave me the wrong order, they weren't much help, they had already help 6 cars behind us. Sucks here never stopping by.Y'all need to make sure your giving out correct orders if y'all taking forever.
This has the be one of the SLOWEST McDonald's in the country! I come to this area 4 times a year and everytime the wait to get your order is ridiculous. Plus, I just don't like using the ordering board to place my own order then wait until someone comes from the back to take my cash payment. They are in NO HURRY. The one plus was my order was correct and good.
This is the best mcds I have been to I don’t know why people make it such a big deal ordering at the kiosk. IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE YOU KNOW HOW TO USE A KIOSK STOP BEING LAZY PEOPLE. And if you are so bothered that they’re not open 24/7 that’s because they are short staffed so stop giving the poor employees a hard time and why don’t you apply and work there so they won’t be short staffed. Come on people it’s 2022 y’all still complaining over the littlest things.
No complaints about our visit. We ordered online, and once we pulled up to drive through, gave them our unique number and pulled to the window. Our food was ready and correct and the staff was very friendly. It was a good visit!
Biggest joke ever. Didn’t have any food besides some biscuits. Then.. the system wasn’t up yet so I couldn’t even get the food. My mind was blown. This should not be a 24/7 McDonald’s. What a joke. The bahemian lady working couldn’t have possibly been any ruder..
